SOUND: V-MODA FORZA vs KLIPSCH - REFERENCE R6
The V-MODA Forza's sound has been tuned to match the taste of that of a modern audiophile. In one line- these sound fantastic. The in-ears definitely lacks the shine of the brands higher-end model, but otherwise, these do a great job.
The bass is heavy but warm, while the highs shine and mids are just present. The frequency from highs to lows is pretty bang on, and you will feel the audio comes alive at high volumes. Everything in between is is clear and crisp. To put it simply, nothing is overpowered.
The Forza's audio profile remains fluffy and lively through out. The sound stage and impressively wide and does add a great deal of depth to your music. The Forza can effortlessly to pull music from across every genre.
We also ought to mention the sound quality of the microphone. The audio is transmitted with extreme precision. It is the best that we have come across in this price category.
BALANCED AUDIO OUTPUT VS A LIVELY, ENTERTAINING AND SONIC PRESENTATION
The R6 may come in monochrome colors like black and white, but it shows its true colors in terms of sound. This is where things start to get interesting. While geared towards an upper tier of audio aficionados, the sound signature is oddly consumer concentric. There's an emphasis on bass and treble frequencies while the mids are laid back. The good bit is, none of the audible range vastly overpowers one another and there isn’t any early roll-off. Honestly speaking, most would be happy with what they hear, especially Rock, EDM and other bass accentuated genres. But, they do lack the subtlety and finesse to bring classic and jazz to life.
However, thesound stage is impressively wide. So the overall liveliness of the audio presentation is superb. All in all, not the audiophile favorites, but definitely a solidly good sounding pair.
All said and don, you will find problems in cable noise and you might be annoyed every now and then.
