Siddharth Rastogi

I listen to everything ! NO Music is BAD music.

Siddharth Rastogi gives us his review on Audio - Technica - ATH M30X- Studio Monitoring Headphones

Design & Build

The Design is good, not very fancy but a pair of decent looking headphones. In terms of Build Quality, they are pretty sturdy and can handle rough use. Very Comfortable. The unboxing experience was pretty exciting since this has been my first quality headphone purchase. The Leather pouch is very handy. The headphones are extremely comfortable, however they are a little too snug when you are wearing them around your neck. Also, ears get warm after 10 mins of use. Apart from that, hats off to Audio - Technica on Comfort level.

Sound & Performance

The sound is Flat throughout all genres. I could listen to EDM, dubstem, Pop, Rock, Metal and Classical and they all sound amazing. The Bass is not augmented above natural levels like Skullcandy. I am not an audiophile and therefore have been using same old samsung in-ear headphones. After using this i have found a completely new dimension to Sound. The songs i have listened to before sound totally new on this. That is the level of sound clarity. Over all more than what i expected.

Audio Gear Used

I am a casual music listener. I have been using samsung and sennheiser ear phones prior to buying this.

Final Verdict

Totally worth the money. Great service by Headphonezone. Their customer support was really helpful while tracking the shipment. The Headphones are quite sturdy and portable which makes them easy to use while traveling. Perfect sound quality throughout different kind of sounds. I am extremely happy to have bought Audio - Technica - ATH - M30X.
