Audeze had been building on the many of its strengths of current planar magnetic technology. They have significantly improved its transducer design and magnetic arrays to produce a new reference headphone, the LCD-4.

The LCD-4, Audeze’s new reference headphone, is the result of dedicated research and development and advancements in materials science. It features their amazing nano-scale Uniforce™ diaphragms and unique Double Fluxor™ magnet arrays for the most powerful magnetic flux density in existence, an incredible 1.5 Tesla. Not just that, apart from this, there’s a new comfortable suspension-type carbon fiber headband.

After being an industry leader with the launch of LCD-2, Audeze did not just stop there. Its LCD-3 has been called the best in the world. The Audeze LCD collection promises to deliver the highest resolution music experience.

The LCD-4, also is said to deliver breathtaking high-resolution sound, imaging and transparency, with unmatched dynamics. It promises the sound to be incredibly open and transparent in the midrange and treble, and when coupled with Audeze’s powerful bass it removes the boundaries between artist and listener. The LCD-4 is the most advanced planar magnetic technology to date.

We at Headphone Zone are awaiting the launch of the new Audeze LCD-4, to discover the sound it has to offer. Are you excited about it? Do let us know in the comments below.
