The range for Audio-Technica headphones is pretty extensive and is mostly known for its studio, sports, and budget in-ears. Globally, the most popular product is the ATH-M50x that sits at the top of their critically acclaimed M-Series line. Recently, Audio-Technica is moving towards lifestyle-oriented headphones like the ATH-S200BT, ATH-SR30BT, and ATH-M50xBT.
The ATH-CKS5TW competes against the likes of Apple Airpods 2, RHA TrueConnect and Beats by Dre PowerBeats Pro.
If you take a closer look at these earbuds you will notice that they are a little bulky as they have managed to fit 10mm dynamic drivers into these earbuds. If you talk about the sound, they tend to deliver solid deep bass and decent clarity but they lack a little on the treble. If you are a bass lover you would not be disappointed.
The ATH-CKS5TW supports Qualcomm aptX & AAC and comes with Bluetooth Version 5.0. These earbuds are sweat-resistant and has an outstanding battery life of 45 hours (15+30 hrs). It's unimaginable how lightweight these earbuds and case are for the amount of battery life packed into it.
The Audio-Technica ATH-CKS5TW is available in three colours: Black, Blue and Khaki. They are expected to be priced around Rs. 15,500/- onwards. Stay tuned!
