CES 2019: What to Expect This Year

CES 2019 starts today and we are really excited about all the new electronic gadgets to be showcased, especially headphones and in-ears! From in-ears packed with 5 drivers to headphones that let you customize your music just the way you like, this year’s CES is sure to have everything an audiophile can dream about.

Here’s what our favorite brands are bringing along to CES 2019:

1MORE Triple Driver BT

1MORE is certainly riding on a high with its latest releases. This year, three of its wireless in-ear headphones i.e. the 1MORE Triple Driver BT, the Pentadriver In-Ear Headphones and the Spearhead VR BT have been featured as the CES 2019 Honorees in the Headphones category. If in LA, expect a listen of the Stylish True Wireless In-Ear Headphones as well!

Audeze Mobius

The Audeze Mobius was the most awaited headphone launch in the past year and Audeze plans to release a new variant of the Mobius i.e. Team Carbon. This one features a Mobius with black highlights as well as a customizable head gestures feature. Audeze is also introducing a Bluetooth cable converter that will convert the iSine into a wireless in-ear.

Audio-Technica Truly Wireless

The Audio-Technica Sound Reality® ATH-CKR7TW True Wireless headphone is the brand’s entry into the truly wireless segment. Apart from a hi-class build quality that’s associated with all their products, these earbuds feature an AKM AK4375 DAC with a headphone amplifier. In this edition of CES, Audio-Technica is also set to launch the wireless version of the classic ATH-M50x as the ATH-M50xBT.

Beyerdynamic Headphones

Beyerdynamic is all set to showcase a wide range of headphones and earphones featuring the latest cutting-edge technology. Expect headphones like the Lagoon ANC with MOSAYC sound personalization by Mimi Defined™ as well as the stylish BYRD series. Their new gaming headphone, the TYGR 300 R, as well as the PHONUM and Xelento Wireless, are going to be there.

Klipsch In-Ears

This year, Klipsch is planning to introduce multiple earbuds from its T5 family. This includes the T5 True Wireless, T5 Neckband, and T5 Wireless. Additionally, the brand is also going to bring 5 new soundbars at the show.

Other highlights:

  • Astell&Kern is planning to feature some of their best players in the show
  • Jabra is going to introduce its new noise cancellation headphone, the Elite 85h
  • Apart from the Mobius, this year’s Honorees also include the JBL Endurance DIVE, Sony WH-1000XM3 and the Plantronics BackBeat FIT 3100.
