Starting with a brief description of the features, the headphones are wired, no Bluetooth connections whatsoever, No noise cancellation, No Mic for taking calls, No volume/track control buttons on the cable or headphone. If you're still reading after that first line, you're in for a ride. Having now spent 15 days with these set of Hi-Res Headphones, and a variety of music, I can definitely vouch for it, that they're made for only one thing - Audio Experience. And when I say audio-experience, I literally talk about Music as a whole and not just highs, lows, mids or vocals. The bass is deep, deep enough to not overwhelm the other frequencies and it's crystal clear, clear to an extent, that you'll not hear plain bass, but the various frequencies of it, and the mids and highs, well you've got to listen to it, it pulls you in, and make you fall for it. The bass, though I would like to mention might be mildly disappointing to bassheads or to those buying these headphones for listening majorly to Electronica or EDMs, but the rest, there's no beating the clarity that these provide. Having used Sony WH1000XM3 or BO H4, these are spa for the ears. Pink Floyd (esp Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here) sounds like I already have a foot on the Stairway to Heaven, and oh! That one, feels like the masterpiece it is. I never knew, these many instruments were used in a single composition of A.R. Rahman (specifically referring to Dance of Passion from Taal, or Mitwa from Lagaan, Behne De from Raavan). Daft Punk goes extraterrestrial on this one.
Apart from the incredible sound, these headphones are an amazing fit over the ears, and can be easily worn without a sweat breaking in for hours. The noise isolation when on the ears, is there, but it does let in a decent amount of sound when being used at medium volume levels, or silent gaps in songs, esp in places like Metro or Streets.
Also, i still am to use it with the 4.4mm cable, but I've heard it's only better.
