However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Topping DX3Pro+ features the new NFCA circuit which is optimised for the device to deliver ultra-low noise floor and distortion. The new DX3 Pro+ has been upgraded in every aspect compared to the DX3 Pro LDAC Version. The Bluetooth chip in the DX3 Pro+ has been upgraded to QCC5125 compared to the CSR8675 in the LDAC Version. Due to changes in the circuitry the DX3 Pro+ offers 60% lower THD+N when it comes to DAC and 85% lower THD+N in HPA. Exactly what I was looking for

First, to get it out of the way: The pricing here is a bit more expensive compared to other markets. Sure, there are justifiable reasons for it but it's still worth mentioning. Even with that, it is the cheapest, most performant single device solution currently out there. I would recommend reading the audiosciencereview thread about this one to get more details regarding the performance part if you're interested.

My needs were as follows: Plugging IEMs and headphones into the 3.5mm headphone jack and getting appropriate volumes for either. Plugging my bookshelf stereo speakers into the lineout and get a good experience for switching between them and the 3.5mm output. Having good enough power to drive demanding headphones if I want to go down that route in the future.

And so far, it checks all those boxes! For my low power hungry IEMs, the low gain setting works nicely. For my lower impedence but current hungry planars, the high gain works to provide appropriately loud volumes with a lot of headroom to spare. Speakers also work through the lineout and the switching logic between outputs is intuitive to me, but might not be to you if you're coming from other devices. I have not used any other outputs and I turned off bluetooth as well so I do not know how those operate here. The manual is a bit unclear about some settings. The device does get a tiny bit warm with usage but nothing alarming. The remote is fine but it can become a chore to line it up the unit properly or the presses don't register. The knob on the unit itself is a clicky one but I haven't had occasion to use it since I get to where I need easier with the remote.

For once, I'm glad that headphonezone didn't bring the EX5 from topping before this one because this is such a better deal for me for my needs than the EX5 and is cheaper as well.

I did extensive research before buying this. Audiosciencereview.com review probably the best accolade for this purchase decision. You can do your own research. However my variables were:

2.PERFORMANCE
3.Power
4.Ease of Use
5.Future Proofing

Compromise:
1. Balanced output
2. Bring your own cables except for USB

I really am satisfied with my purchase, currently listening with M40x. Planning to upgrade to Sundara in coming years

This Dac Amp is not mediocre at all, but finest in Sound stage, clarity, instrument separation. It sounds so natural and neutral that you feel music is playing in open air, not through any headphone.

It's not "boring neutral ". Not harsh, not fatiguing but Shining...

These qualities of Dx3 pro+ are easily noticed in Headphones like Hifiman Deva. Closed back Headphones like Neumann NDH 20 sounds even more spacious. clarity Depth and Sound stage improved.

Conclusion - Best Dac-Amp In Rs 20,000 In this category.

If somebody has balanced Headphones or planning to buy balanced headphone, they should buy it's Big Brother "Topping DX 5"

Other wise, Dx3 pro+ is the best for most of the Single ended headphone except power Hungry headphones.

Also to be noted, that it does not have bass boost Option like Zen Dac and Xduoo Xd05plus, also Dx3 pro+ is not warm sounding.. So bassheads may or may not like it.

Good reviews all over.
I generally don't go by non-consumer reviews, most of them are trash, but this product holds its ground for being a excellent dac-amp in small transportable size with more than decent powerful amp.
I tried this with my Focal Celeste & Clear OG, Sennheiser HD660S2, Hifiman Ananda, Theiaudio Monark MK2, Sennheiser ie600, Campfire Andromeda 2020, Audeze LCD1.
Excellent pairing with dynamic driver iems and hps, I can say.
Soundstage is one drawback other than absence of 6.35 output (I don't mind 4.4 output not provided), Bluetooth pairing works fine though I didn't use much.
If I have to summarise it's performance, then imho pairing with HD660S2, Celeste is better than my Burson Playmate 2 costing 3-4 times.

One year later

I bought DX3 Pro+ on 15th Jan 2022 and I will say this it is easily the best purchase I have done on headphone zone, my experience has been nothing short of amazing the Amp+Dac combo works perfectly with my Beyers 770 pro although the relative performance in audiophile terms is quite analytical but it does help by opening the soundstage of the headphones (at least for closed back headphones) and makes the resolutions even more fantastic especially when you are using 24 bit 192 kHz audio files. Massively happy with the purchase and I hope headphone zone keeps delivering products like this to us in the coming times.
