Don’t sweat it, This Skullcandy product is covered by a 2 Years manufacturer's warranty.
I have had plenty of bluetooth headsets in the past, mainly for exercise and gymming purposes. Just letting you know that this is where I come from. When I heard about these and researched on the Skullcandy Methody BT, I was in two minds over the product. Mainly, regarding the quality of sound, the fit in the ears and the battery life. The 3 pillars which make or break any bluetooth headset. Well, I was pleasantly surprised and taken aback that these are insane on almost all 3 aspects. The sound is crisp and I have tried em on with many different genre of songs and they haven't let me down. The fit is the most surprising of all. The buds stay in the ear regardless of any exercise. I have jogged with these, lifted weights and basically anything you throw at them they're not going to come off. The battery was the make or break element but till now these have fared really well and haven't disappointed me in that aspect as well. I would recommend these for any person who has a relatively outgoing lifestyle and is looking for a bluetooth headset.
P.S. The things which don't get mentioned enough with this particular bluetooth headset is its ability to pair with more than one bluetooth device. I have it paired with my phone and my laptop at the same time. So whenever I get a call on my phone when I am working on my laptop while listening to songs, or when I am watching something on the laptop, these automatically just transfer the calls right to my ears. The call quality for the other side might be an issue, as with most bluetooth headsets but all in all, a sound investment for all.
A MUST BUY.
Powerful audio performance with robust bass response. Comfortable, secure fit. Sweat-resistant design intended for workouts. Affordable
I am a first time buyer on HPZ. Been using a Samsung Level U BT neck band, it did its job, nothing exceptional but for the freedom from wires. I am fussy about how music sounds and was one of the early adopter of V-Moda way back in 2008, have a collection which includes a few Sennheiser, B&O, V-Moda, Lifetron etc etc and I have never bought a pair without listening to my select music on them. Even with this purchase I did go testing out a few newer model available at local dealer including Skullcandy Ink'ed, unfortunately none had a demo unit of Skullcandy Method's. So it was a leap of faith (partly influenced by HPZ's 7 days test drive policy) that made me place the order on Sunday 2nd Dec for Skullcandy Method's BT and it got delivered on 4th Dec. I did love Ink'ed and was hoping that Method's will more or less be the same, but boy am I surprised!!!! While Ink'ed is quite bassy this is completely different. Method's is what I would term very well balanced - Bass, Treble, mids and vocals are there in such a way that it sounds truer to the musicians intent. I am still kind off breaking in the headset and have put in only a couple of hours of music till date. While it's still too early I know I might just fall in love with the way it sounds. Today being the 7th day, I have decided to keep this and give its due
Quick service - HPZ
Good build quality and finish - only time will tell the remaining story.
Method's is actually tiny compared to Level U, with
Easily accessible controls that can be identified and differentiated by touch unlike Level U which has all buttons feeling same to touch
Fits nice and discrete, wires do look delicate and fragile, again only time will tell if it was a wise buy.
Very good follow up by HPZ on the purchase as well as the experience. Keep up the good work.
This was delivered before the expected timelines and already started enjoying the quality and controls provided in these earphones. The options provided are very much flexible and sound quality is really awesome.
I've searched and combed over so many different sites to arrive on this decision to buy SkullCandy Method BT and it's totally worth it. If you're looking for anything in wireless and under 4000, go for it! Headphone Zone had the better pricing amongst others. The sound is crisp. Bass is good. I don't even have to turn the volume to max because I can get my required output at 70-80% of the max volume. The calls are also good enough. Only while traveling in a train there might be a problem, otherwise it's all good. Have used this one extensively for 14 days to write this review.
I'm really enjoying listening to music in these and it is everything it is said to be. Would recommend.
