Sound distorts in bass mode at max volume.

These headphones look very premium but the overall loudness of these headphones is less and when changed their equaliser through JBL headphones app to bass the sound distorts at max volume in genre's like hip-hop and edm.
Tried contacting headphonezone but no reply their customer support was not available so I left a message but got no reply overall disappointed this time by headphonezone and I don't think I'm going to be shopping again.

JBL Live 500 BT are good, but could have been better

First of all, kudos to Headphone Zone for their amazing service (I'm surprised because I was skeptical about the entire website before ordering)
Coming to the JBL Live 500 BT. They are from a premium brand and do feel premium. Build, comfort and fit are on point. I have few complaints related to the bass of the headphone, it could've been better. The accidental touches to assistant are annoying. Overall the music felt below par.

I purchased JBL LIVE 500 ( blue ). Headphones were awesome sounding. Built quality was also good plus light weight. Ambient awareness technology this headphones have is also great. When I was asked about experience bye HZ team, I complained about defect headphones had. After couple of mails they arranged pick up and agreed that headphones were defective and provided me option to purchase new one from HZ site.

So glad to know that you love them:) We look forward to serving you again.

Worst Product and Fraud Site

This fraud site deleted my previous review....Most of those good reviews are mostly Paid reviews...Got this product 3days back, Side ear cups are already torn as its an old product(mf date 2019)...After receiving the product i instantly complained and placed a return and since then some lame excuses are being sent to me....If u got a good one then ur lucky...Returning process is equals to zero,I should have gone with Amazon or Flipkart...
