The iFi Audio Pro iCAN has two different modes on which you can enjoy your music. When on Solid-State, recordings will sound more lively. On switching to Tube or Tube+, you will experience a smoother and more luxurious sound. Tube+ reduces the overall loop-gain and thus keeps negative feedback to the minimum. This offers a trade-off between the tube’s natural harmonics and transient performance.

The Pro iCAN consists of only high-quality, premium materials. It has a fully discrete and balanced amplifier audio circuit that operates with full-differential internal signalling. All through the circuit, two separate signals of equal level but opposite polarity are present. Reference class parts from the Japanese Elna Silmics as well as silver mica capacitors are also included within the stylish chassis.

Experience the huge 14,000mW headphone output power with the Pro iCAN. From the most sensitive CIEMs to the hardest to drive headphones, it is able to drive all. The S-Balanced technology offers max performance & delivers the benefits of the balanced connection to single-ended headphones. It has an adjustable gain from 0dB/9dB/18dB and can output more than 10V in single-ended mode. In balanced mode, this amp gives an output of 20V which is an equivalent 100W into a 40Ω speaker.

Music has never been more enjoyable with iFi’s cool innovations. The XBass® is an analogue bass correction system which corrects a headphone’s missing bass response. The 3D Holographic® dual-analogue matrices add a 3-dimensional feel to your music giving you the feeling that the artist is performing right in front of you.
