the firmware on this is still very buggy like abruptly stops playing music and in windows suddenly there's no audio transmission and i have to touch the right touch pad briefly to fix this.

Audio quality is really very good and the battery too, ambient sound needs to be improved and noise cancellation is very good.

I would say worth it for 16-17k

Comfy fit. Light weight and crisp sound. Can easily wear for 3-4 hours at a stretch without sweating.

I was wanting to get the XM4, price was always above 20k, my budget was obviously less. Then, the rumour mill was strong about Apple launching a headphones, but then they launched at some crazy pricing. So back to Sony XM4. Then I happened to see the H910N on the Sony website, and started my research. I was convinced that this is the product I need to go for as it was a new product sitting just below the XM4. It does everything the XM4 does, except the NC is not as effective and Airplane grade as the XM4. For the trade off that going at about 7-8k less than XM4, I chose the 910N.

Initial feedback is great. I have just burned in by listening variety of content from Classic Rock to Desi to YT video etc... Battery life is excellent. Not ideal for using when doing any kind of workout (I am including mopping the floor) as sweat is not a great companion of this device. So use it dry. And it's been a great start to a very good product from Sony.

One last thing, the BT is buggy and I am at times unable to answer the call as connectivity is poor (at times). Hope a firmware will update this soon. Got it for 18k, worth the price

Sound quality is decent, and I enjoy the pair. But even though this is BT 5.0, there seems to be a lot of issue in connectivity, and multiple device support. I am unable to connect to multiple devices and it frequently disconnects. I think this has happened after the latest firmware upgrade. Hope this gets resolved soon

The firmware issue has been resolved and now, the headphones can connect via bluetooth to my windows PC. No idea what caused the problem though.

I'm no expert with headphones and neither am I an audiophile. But I can definitely say I am not disappointed with the purchase!

I bought these headphones for two major reasons.
1. Comfort - I wear them for close to 10 hours a day, so I needed something that I can wear for extended periods of time. A little heavy, so could strain your shoulders and neck depending on your posture, but not the worst considering how it fits snugly over your ear and has a pleasant music/voice quality as long as the equalizer is adjusted well.

2. Noise cancellation - It's done a good job here as well and has allowed me to be more tolerant of the noise around me. I haven't used other noise cancellation devices, so I can't compare, but you can definitely notice how muffled the noises around you become.

I got this for a discounted price of 19,000 INR. It was still a tad too pricey for me considering that I have been using Boat and Mi in-ear earphones in the 1000-2000 INR range. Nevertheless, it seemed like a necessary upgrade since the whole pandemic and online classes situation. It's been around a month, and so far, it's been great!

One thing worth considering is the tethering problems faced when connecting to a windows 10 PC. I haven't set it up yet, but it's definitely not straight-forward. If you're fine with using the Aux cable whenever you use it with your PC, then this shouldn't be a huge letdown.
