In case you receive the Audeze - LCD2 Closed-Back with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. An Aural Bliss

Sound quality is excellent, amazing and wonderful. Actually there is no word to explain that delightfulness. Platinum plated music rays are flowing in and around of my neurons, Butterflies are glittering inside my skull .Crystal clear and powered more than my HD650 when combines with mojo.Even it sounds great with fiio E10K. Gorgeous and hefty but very comfortable too.I don't like the length of the cable and ending with 1/4 in pin. Luckily it includes 1/4in to 1/8in adapter, which cost Rs 2000, which is not mentioned in HP zone website and audeze website also.It is a surprise gift with LCD 2CC.It has one quality control issue, left 4pin mini XLR is not easily fit in to that and detachment is also very tight and tough.This is not fare at this price point.Apart from this everything is fine.

A real Wonder

On 8th Nov I went to your Experience Studio and trust me this is one of my best decision in my life. Not only I've got the best guidance to select a perfect headphone for me but also I have enriched my knowledge on headphones. This all was posdible because of Varun , Salim ... really you are genius. The Help. Support .. and obviously the hospitality i've got from you all I never forget this.
Last but on the top of tgr list is RAGHAV... Boss you are really a Gem ... without you I could not able to select the perfect headphone for me. Hat's off to you all.
Now come to my LCD 2 Cro... its a real Wonder. Deep bass with sharp & detailed high notes output. Just WOW.. also most important thing is very comfortable to wear and can be listened for long time without any irritation. The noise isolation is also well made off. In one word who loves high end sound.. just go for it.

Also i'd definitely nention that if I'd not meet you all i'd not only miss the knowledge on headphones but also would miss the persons like you all.
