Jabra - Elite Active 65t

so after struggling for 48 days to get my replacement (don't even ask how many times i had to write to them, call them and wht not)
I have received the replacement unit. (although i had to accept different color then mine)
I am very sad to say that the replacement unit have the same issue of channel imbalance. I don't know what's wrong with jabra or this particular model. The left one sounds louder then the right one, and when you are listening vocals it sounds like there is no sound coming from right.
I have tried different devices, given to friends to try them and tell the difference and everyone said the same thing left sounds louder.
i would not waste my money on this brand ever again in my life. so horrible experience.

I have contacted the pro connect for warranty claim due to channel imbalance issue. I have been told that the stock of replacement active 65T is not available. i was given 2 choices either downgrade and accept elite 65T or Pay more and upgrade to 75T.
worst ever experience. do not buy Jabra Right now.

the fit is causing pain in right ear,
no option for returns so stuck with this.
after a week now there is an issue of channel imbalance and headphonezone does not provide warranty claims directly. Guys at jabra will take so long to even reply.
I bought them for 8999 just on 14th july and now before even a month they are selling this at 6999.
hugely disappointed by both the headphones and the headphonezone website.
never buy anything again from here.

pros sound is good
Jabra app is giving good advantage but size of bud is way bigger than it appears in photo . Also 1 master earbud other dependent is stupidity .i wanted to watch movies with my wife 1 1 ear for each .cant do that with this ..neways

So let me start this review by speaking about HeadphoneZone, and they did a fantastic job in shipping and delivering the product within two days in these difficult times, so hats off to you guys!
Getting to the earbuds themselves, I purchased it primarily as my workout earbuds. I put them on and the first thing I realised was how snuggly they fit in my ear. So I was stoked to go running. I popped on the buds and after listening to a couple of tracks, I'd say I enjoyed listening to the earbuds, but it wasn't special. The soundstage was not very wide and the sound signature was mostly flat, though leaning a bit towards a V-shape. I usually love myself some flat eq but this was different, it was flat, but none of the regions were really highlighted and all of it was a bit muddy. All of this was when I looked at it from the perspective of an audio critic(I refuse to use the word audiophile). For most casual listeners, it's got good bass, decent lows, warm sounding mids, and pretty good highs too, so when you're running or working out, you end up forgetting that you've got earbuds on (Due to the wonderful fit) and get lost in the music.
When it comes to the other features, the inline controls are present in the form of buttons. You've got volume control, track switching, call receiving/rejecting, calling your smart assistant, and switching to the hearthrough mode (Your microphones turn on so that you can hear your surroundings along with the music and it mostly sounds good if you wish to use it to keep aware of your surroundings on the road).
Speaking of the microphones, there are 4 of them, 2 on each bud and they're mostly great, the voice is almost as clear as the mobile microphone itself and picks up the voice well even in noisy environments.
Well how can we forget about the battery life? You can get anywhere from 4.5 to 5 hours on a single charge and the case gives you about 2 more charges.

I've rambled on enough, now for a summary-
Pros-
1. Fit
2. Battery Life
3. Size of the case
4. The sound quality to an extent

Cons-
1. Opening and closing the case is a bit difficult.
2. The sound wouldn't satisfy the "Audiophiles".
3. The earphones aren't magnetically attached to the case, so they can fall off if opened vigorously

Overall, it is a great pair of earbuds for most people and one of the best for people with active lives and those engrossed in calls all day. If you're here looking for a sublime audio experience, I'd personally look at the Lypertek Tevi's at this price range.

Thank you for your mail. Though I am happy with the connectivity, sound quality and the built of the earbuds but there is a major problem when I use it for calling. The person on the other end is able to hear all the other noise in my background except for my voice. I have read alot of blogs and articles online on this issue and apparently there is no solution to resolve this problem.
I would appreciate it if you could address my issue and help resolve it at the earliest.

The only con is the fact that after an hour or so it starts hurting the ear.

I needed something to use during running and high mobility workouts, which had good sound. These checked both the requirements. A very snug and comfortable fit. Can’t get better than this at the price that I got it for
