    Once the product is received and found to be intact with all the accessories by our inspection team, we will issue full store credit so that you may exchange and buy another product. Refunds will not be provided.

    Replacement

    This product is eligible for a replacement if the return request is raised within 7 days of delivery, and ONLY in the unfortunate event that it is found to be defective. This policy is not applicable to customers who are not happy with the product.

      The u-JAYS is designed to let the earcups and ear cushions work together as an acoustic system. In addition to the custom developed 40 mm dynamic driver with its Japanese Silk-diaphragm, vent holes covered with acoustic tuning filters are evenly distributed 360° around the speaker. This results in greatly improved details and a deeper bass response because the structure optimizes the air-flow through the system.

      The viscoelastic ear cushions conform to the shape of your ears and continue to remain comfortable over a long period of time. Along with the spring-steel headband, the headphones create a firm and secure seal that enhances sound quality while inhibiting sound leakage. Since the earpads, made of soft Korean leather-like material, are exchangeable, you can replace in case they wear out.
