How do I charge my REMIX Speaker and what do the LED lights indicate?

To charge your REMIX speaker, use the provided USB-A to USB-C cable. For that status of LED lights you can check for the following:
-Blinking Orange LED: Battery is low and needs to charge
-Fading Orange LED: Battery is charging (plugged in via USB-C cable)
-Solid White LED: Battery is completely charged (plugged in via USB-C cable)

How do I check the REMIX battery status?

To easily check the REMIX speaker battery status, hold the Power button down for 2 seconds. An orange LED will flash 4 times if the battery life is between 81-100%; 3 times if battery life is between 61-80%; twice if battery life is between 41-60%; and once if battery life is less than 40%. The orange LED will flash twice every 3 minutes if the battery life is less than 20% (low battery). Note that on some devices (e.g. iPhone 7), it is possible to check the battery status on the device's screen or widget.

How do I pair the REMIX speaker to my device?

Turn your REMIX speaker on (by pressing the power button) and then press and hold the PAIR button for 3 seconds, which will then seamlessly connect your Bluetooth device (ex: your iPhone). If a passkey input is required on the display of a Bluetooth device, type "0000" for the password.

How long will the battery last on a single charge?

With a full charge, the battery can last up to 10 hours of continuous playback.

What type of cable is used for charging the REMIX?

To charge the REMIX speaker, use the included USB-A to USB-C cable.

How do I set up daisy chain mode?

If you have more than one REMIX speaker, you can use the provided Daisy Chain audio cable and plug one end into the "VAMP" (out) port, and the other end of the cable into the "IN" port on the second REMIX. This will daisy chain both REMIX speakers together.

How do I reset my paired device history on the REMIX speaker?

To reset paired devices history, press and hold the Volume Down (-) and Volume Up (+) buttons together for 3 seconds. White and orange LEDs flash alternatively twice.

What is the Bluetooth range on the REMIX speaker?

The Bluetooth range for the REMIX speaker is 10m (33ft). If your audio device is outside the connection range, an "Out or Range" tone plays every 5 seconds for 2 minutes, and a white LED flashes twice per second and the VAMP orange LED stays lit until the device automatically connects when back within the connecting range (again, typically 10m or 33ft). If no device is detected for 2 minutes, the REMIX speaker will switch to power saving mode.
