In case you receive the Marshall - Major IV with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

Good... Could have been great

Take my review with a grain of salt, because I am very picky about headphones.
Things that could have been better:
* The clamping force is too much for my liking. (I've been using this for the last 3 days. The clamping force may reduce with time)
* To treble heavy. I tend to enjoy western classical music and metal. So, I would choose a treble heavy pair of cans any day, as compared to bass boosted headphones. But even for me, it's JUST TOO IN THE FACE and the Bass is quite anaemic, to be honest. Wish it had an app to EQ the cans across apps, but guess what: THERE IS NO APP SUPPORT for a 12K pair of cans!
* No carrying case/pouch. You'd take that as a given at this asking price...

Things that I liked:
* Battery life is INSANE. It's marketed to have 80 hrs of battery life. I used them for over 10 hours and it hasn't even dropped 5%. If you want a pair of "casual/easy sounding" on-ears that can last you weeks on a single charge, you cannot go wrong with these.
* Bluetooth Connectivity is excellent. 30 feet with 2 walls in between, no problem. I just leave my phone lying around and don't even have to bother taking it with me.
* Build quality of the headphones and the provided Marshall styled aux cable is pretty good. Plus they're collapsable.

I was thinking about getting the over-ear ANC offering from Marshall, but considering that I already own a pair of XM3's and wanted it just to be a companion for casual strolls in the morning (plus I wanted to try out the Marshall sound signature), I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Very good sounding Bluetooth headphone and killer battery life 🔥

Considering it’s Bluetooth, Its very good sounding headphone with slight boost in bass, smooth mids and sparkling highs. I am always hesitant to go with Bluetooth tws or headphones.

But this is definitely good and I will keep it for casual listening. Definitely not for purist audiophile or critical listening purpose. It’s crazy how this sound without any aptx or AAC codecs support. Marshall lives up to this brand quality. And battery life truly stellar. And I find it is slightly discomfort when using for long hours due to on ear design.

Overall it’s very good and one among best option for those who doesn’t care about ANC and ok with on ear design.

These headphones are all that I wished for and more! I was a user of the Marshall's I for the last 4 years. This upgrade to the Marshall IV's takes everything I loved about my previous pair of Marhsall's and makes it even better.

I am a beginner audiophile (I just enjoy good music). All my favourite songs just hit differently on these and I am blown away by how happy the sound makes me :)
