Yes you can! However a return is not possible for customised products like V-MODA headphones on which laser engraving has been done, a bundle, pre-owned products and products like Comply Foam eartips for which we can’t accept return for hygiene reasons.
You can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. For eg - If you the product is delivered on the 1st of Oct, then 7th Oct is the last day you can raise a return request.
In case you’ve received a product that’s different from what you ordered, it may be a different color variant or a totally different product altogether. It’ll be categorised as a 7 Day Replacement Guarantee and you can raise a return request choosing the option “Wrong Product Received” in the return reason section while raising a request. It’d be advised to attach pictures while doing so for us to understand where the mistake has happened. We’ll then have the product picked up and send the correct product across to you at the earliest once we’ve received the wrong product at our warehouse.
Headphone Zone allows for a liberal Return policy (7 Day Test Drive, Return and Exchange) where a customer is allowed to try the product for 7 days and in the situation where the product’s performance doesn’t match your expectations, you can return it within the allowed period and raise a return request by choosing “Want to exchange it with another product” as your return reason.
In the unfortunate event where the product you’ve received isn’t working or is defective on arrival, as per the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee Policy we will have the product picked up, inspected and once the problem has been detected we can have a replacement sent out at the earliest or issue store credit to buy another item. In the case where a customer is dissatisfied with the product or that its the performance is not as per his/her expectations, this policy kicks in. As per this policy, the customer is required to send the product across to our warehouse, once we’ve received the product, we check if the product has been received in working condition with no damages and with all box contents originally sent. Once that is checked, we shall be providing store credit after deducting 15% Restocking and Handling Fees for you to purchase any other product from our website. There is a difference between a defect and a compatibility issue. For eg - if you’ve purchased product meant to work with Android and are going to be using it with an iPhone, the product will not work but it will work well with an Android phone, hence it can’t be called a defective product. In that case, we will be categorising the case as a 7 Day Test Drive Return and Exchange Policy and proceeding further.
Refunds are only possible in the case of the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee Policy. Under the 7 Day Test Drive, Return and Exchange Policy, only Store Credit in the form of a coupon code is provided.

That may be because it is beyond 7 days since you received your product. If that’s not the case, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we’ll raise a return for you from our end.
The entire process should take you roughly 7-10 working days. Most no. of days go in the product travelling across the country from and back to you. Usually it takes 3-4 working days each way with the couriers plus 2-3 working days to inspect and have your replacement sent out or for you to receive the exchanged product.
