Absolutely Pathetic Service. I asked for a replacement for a defective Sony 1000 XM4 which I had used just for about 4 days. They took 12 days to inspect them and tell me that there was no issue with the headphones.
I took the same headphones to the Sony service Centre and the Service Centre confirmed the headphones were defective.
I have even written to their CEO hoping for him to respond, but seems he doesn't care about his customers or after sales support.
They call themselves Audiophiles, I would call them a joke. Wasted my time & energy.
Purchased a pair of IEM's, but made a decision with the help of one of the headphone guru's and I am really happy with what i received. The delivery was super quick!
From the features and specifications of both monitors, I would say BenQ’s GW2480 model is quite better than Dell’s P2419H. Its price is also lower than Dell’s monitor.

I ordered a product from headphone Zone, the experience was good but it got damaged somehow, but their replacement policy is great even at the time of pandemic
I have been in touch with Headphone Zones for many earphones solutions.
The only customer service i have ever seen like this.
They are so calm and gives the best solution over the mail.
