What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.

How am I supposed to review it when you sent a wrong product instead of the one that I ordered ?

A clear upgrade over the previous Xelastic

Ear-tips are paramount to the overall listening experience of IEMs. Firstly, they should be comfortable, secondly they should not alter the original tonality of an IEM greatly and last off, they should be made of materials that do not cause any allergy or infections to the ear canals. That being said, the Xelastic II is a great pair of eartips which complies with all the three points as discussed. However, they are very sticky and still attract a lot of dust and ear wax but clearly not to the extent of the previous version. Moreover, they also deform in shape after using them for more than an hour but regain their original shape without having to dip them in hot water and then bathe them in cold water as often compared to the previous version. But my gut feeling tells me that eventually the Xelastic II will also need the same molly-dollying as the Xelastic I and would ultimately lose its form and shape permanently. With regards to sonic upgrades, the sub-bass, imaging, width of the soundstage, lower midrange and treble extension have all improved about 10-15 percent over the Xelastic I. The Xelastic II is also built much better than the Xelastic I and probably it is one of the most well built ear-tips that one can get. A few points to keep in mind are that the Xelastic IIs have a waxguard which the previous generation did not have, they can also be used for wireless earbuds due to the slight decrease in vertical length which ranges from 7mm for the smallest to 8mm for the largest size ( in increments of 0.2 mm between each size) and lastly they fit larger than most ear-tips so choosing one size smaller or even two would be a wise decision.
