Campfire Audio's all-new Dorado is an upgrade to the original Dorado launched in 2016. Dorado sports a fresh hybrid design while still retaining the legacy of the original. These in-ears have a simple yet powerful setup comprising two balanced armature drivers and one 8.5mm beryllium PVD dynamic driver + T.A.E.C. All this is packed in a unique liquid metal alloy housing. Dorado is designed to offer a truly immersive listening experience in a hybrid design.
FEATURING A MIX OF A BALANCED AND A DYNAMIC DRIVER
Campfire Audio Dorado comes with a dual balanced armature driver paired with an 8.5mm beryllium PVD diaphragm dynamic driver with T.A.E.C. Dual high-frequency drivers discard a traditional ‘tube & damper’ tuning system for Campfire’s new Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chamber™ (TAEC). The custom 8.5mm Beryllium PVD diaphragm transducer, due to its rigid nature, it delivers clarity and dynamics with ease. This dynamic driver is optimised to cross over nicely with the dual balanced armature drivers. The Dorado delivers on the promise of excellent detail with a visceral punchiness to the low end.
UPGRADED WITH LIQUID ALLOY METAL BODY DESIGN
With Dorado, Campfire Audio has upgraded its body design for its earphones. Campfire Audio Dorado now utilises Liquid Alloy Metal for its body. This Liquid Alloy Metal design has ultra-high density and offers remarkable mechanical strength and acoustic properties that work great with the updated dynamic driver line. The material of the new body complements the embedded drivers by keeping the vibrations under control. Moreover, Liquid Alloy Metal adds to the durability of these IEMs.
OFFERING ENHANCED SOUND ALONG WITH WEARING COMFORT
Dorado features a 3-D printed chamber that provides acoustic tuning without compression. As a result, high frequencies are extended and open, providing an unmatched sonic quality unique to Campfire Audio earphones. Due to the use of Liquid Alloy Metal for its housing, the Dorado offers a comfortable and snug fit. It has a unique shape and diameter that enhances audio tuning and wearing comfort. With the addition of SpinFit ear tips, the Dorado offers unmatched comfort for the longest of listening sessions.

Dorado also comes bundled with 3 sets of SpinFit tips, 3 sets of Campfire Audio tips and 3 sets of silicone tips along with a lapel pin and cleaning tool to get you started right out of the box.

It all started in 2009 when Ken Ball began Audio Line Out hand-crafting some of the best audio cables present out there. It was his dedication and work that helped the company to move from his basement and become ALO Audio- one of the most trusted brands in the personal audio space.
