In case you receive the ddHiFi - TC35 Pro USB to 3.5mm Decoder (Tetris) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.
Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.
A replacement will be issued only if:
- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

EQUIPPED WITH ESS ES9281AC PRO CHIP & AVIATION ALUMINUM ALLOY DESIGN
Carved out of 6063 aviation aluminium alloy, the TC35 Pro comes with integrated three little squares. Housing an ESS ES9281AC PRO chip, the TC35 supports sample rate of up to 32bit / 768kHz and native DSD of up to DSD512. You can use it with an OTG enabled Type C cable. The design of the TC35 may look a bit irregular at first, but is symmetrical. It also has a unique L shape which allows you to pair it with your L-shaped earphones, laptop and even your smartphones.
NOTE :Kindly note that while the lighting version supports in-line remote control, play/pause and next/previous track, it does not support the microphone or answering calls.
A TINY YET PRACTICAL SAMPLE RATE DISPLAYING RGB INDICATOR LIGHT
Equipped with RGB indicator light, the TC35 Pro not only updates you on the on and off status but also lets you know about the sampling rate currently in use. It displays a range of colours including red, blue, green, yellow, white and magenta. The moment you connect it to a phone and an earphone, it will flash blue, green and red colours alternatively. While the music is playing the light will be steady.
WITH 'TETRIS' INSPIRED DESIGN AND SUPPORT TO MQA RENDERING
The small square shapes used in the design of the TC35 is inspired by the popular game Tetris to enhance practicality and ease of use. 'Tetris' works as an image metaphor. With MQA certification, the TC35 Pro ‘Mountain' supports MQA rendering that completes the final unfold of an MQA file. When an MQA file is in use, the RGB indicator light on the TC35 will turn magenta. With support for remote control, microphone, and MQA the TC35 Pro is a high-grade decoding product available in a compact size. 
QUICK AUTO HEADPHONE IMPEDANCE DETECTION FOR EASY GAIN ADJUSTMENT
It's advised to connect the earphone to the TC35 Pro first followed by its connection to the phone. This will allow the TC35 Pro to detect the headphone's impedance on its own and adjust the gain mode accordingly. This means that when a headphone with high impedance is detected, the TC35 Pro will switch the gain to the high gain mode.
