What's in the box:
This was a mixed experience for me.
Let me get the bad part our of our way first - When i ordered the refurbished item, i was expecting a equipment which was faulty, fixed at factory level, but pristine in condition. I have bought many refurbished stuff including cameras which I never had any bad experience with. In this case, i was kind of shocked to see the piece at first hand. It was a very roughly used one with scratches all around, including the screen. I still was OK if it worked fine for me. Unfortunately the equipment did not work properly, even though it had some kind of certification from your technical team. The item was not recognised by 3 computers i tried with (1 Mac and 2 PCs).
As a customer i would expect a better description of the product and the associated risk properly on the website so that we all get a fair chance to understand what we are upto, before attempting to buying such stuff. Also, i would recommend to strengthen the set of test cases that your technical team conduct before certifying equipment. I could see in this case the problem was easily over looked by them since they found it was playing songs fine. I am sure they did not check if it connected to a computer properly or not.
Now, this was for a moment all sorts of bad vibes started appearing. I expected at least 10 days of ordeal to get out of the situation. I called your customer support with not much of a hope of any quick help. However, soon i found i was wrong!!
Valisha was excellent with her support and i am sure people like her would really help your company excel. It was a breeze and in a couple of days i have a new equipment with me. I opted to pay the difference and get a new one instead and she facilitated everything smoothly. I also got a discount for what i have to go through, which is a nice policy of yours.
To cut the long story short, I loved every bit of interaction - even I thought of offering her a position in my company...
