What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.

What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

7 Day Replacement Guarantee

In case you receive the HiFiMAN - RE800 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

HiFiMAN introduces the all-new RE800 in-ears showcasing the latest technological advancements in the audio field merged in a sleek design. The HiFiMan RE800 utilises the latest Nanotech Topology Driver technology to deliver pristine audio. This technology upgrades the traditional dynamic driver to reduce uncontrolled diaphragm distortions and offer a frequency response from 5Hz-20kHz. This new driver technology is embedded in a lightweight aluminium alloy chassis, for added durability and a snug fit.

HiFiMAN RE800 is equipped with the latest Nanotech Topology Driver technology for translating your favourite music as accurately as possible. The Topological Diaphragm or Topology Driver gets its name from the tiny particles that have been applied to its surface and have distinct geometric patterns. These particles create unique nano-topologies that are used to tune the diaphragm for clarity, nuance, and detail. The Topology diaphragm structure used by HiFiMAN reduces the uncontrolled diaphragm distortions, enabling the operational performance of dynamic IEM’s to an approach to lean towards perfect wave control. By incorporating this technology into a 9.2mm dynamic driver you can hear the results in acoustic performance to a degree previously unobtainable.

The HiFiMAN RE800 is designed to be compatible with various devices. The impedance is measured at 60 ohms with a sensitivity of 105dB, allowing connectivity with various devices to deliver life-like sound. With these specs, the RE800 shines regardless of the device it's connected. The silver-coated, crystalline copper wire cable supports the performance even further and delivers accurate audio signals. To wrap it all up, the aluminium alloy exterior of the RE800 showcases a visual purity that matches its sonic clarity. Regions of the frequency spectrum

SUB BASS
(20Hz - 80 Hz)

The first section of the frequency spectrum is the sub-bass. Everything below 80Hz is sub-bass, so generally, you need a subwoofer or a good pair of headphones (open-back headphones, for example) to hear this region. This region comprises instruments like the Kick Drum and the Bass Guitar. You should be able to hear Sub-Bass if you’re listening on monitors or headphones. But if you’re listening on a laptop or a phone, there’s no way you will hear that.

MID BASS
(80 Hz - 300 kHz)

After the Sub-Bass region, we get into the region known as the Bass or Mid-Bass. This region consists of everything between 80 and 300 hertz. In this area, we’ve got instruments like bass guitar and the low end of a snare. Lots of the low-end vocals as well, because male vocals are going to have the fundamental below 200Hz in most cases.

LOWER MIDRANGE
(300 Hz - 1000 kHz)

Next, if you go from 300 Hz up to 1000 kHz, this is known as the Lower Midrange, and this is a crucial region for music because this is where you get a lot of buildup with guitars, vocals, and even the top-end of the bass guitar especially. Lower Midrange is an area guilty of adding mud to a mix and clarity in this region lifts a track exponentially.

UPPER MIDRANGE
(1 kHz - 6 kHz)

Human hearing focuses inherently on this frequency range. So it’s crucial to get this range right. This region consists of the main focus of the track (e.g. vocals) and synths. Be aware that this is also where you can start to get into harshness and aggressive tones.

TREBLE
(6 kHz - 10 kHz)

After the Upper Midrange, we’ve got the Treble region between 6kHz and 8 kHz, and this is where things start to get harsh. This region is where we have brittleness from instruments like the Hi-Hats and Cymbals. This is also a crucial range for clarity and aggression, especially for female vocals.

AIR
(10 kHz - 20 kHz)

At the end of the frequency spectrum, we get to the Air region or the Top End. This region consists of everything above 10 kHz. This is where we have air and this is where we get a sense of shine and sparkle in our music.

These are smooth sounding earphones with very good bass. You need to increase the volume to get that good sound. The soundstage is also good. It sounded good only with SpinFit eartips.
