IKKO as a brand has evolved to bring the most elegant well-engineered IEMs. The Zerda ITM01 comes as no surprise with a high-performance ESS9298 custom DAC chip with an ultra-low noise floor that ensures high-quality sound performance. Game, movie, and audio modes are available on the ITM01 headphone amplifier. It can be deployed to all of your game consoles and can be toggled arbitrarily to enjoy different sounds in different scenarios. ITM01 has a decoding rate of PCM: 32bit/384kHz and DSD: Dop128, with an output level of 2V @ 32Ω (125mW @ 32Ω). It supports a wide frequency response of 20Hz - 40kHz.

IKKO Zerda ITM01 comes with a magnetic cable adaptor for seamless and easy installation. A long press for 3 seconds quickly switches on to the various usage scenarios like Audio, Game and Movies . ITM01 effectively shields interference signals providing an exceptional audio data transmission rate to improve sound quality. ITM01 is so pocket-friendly and lightweight that you can carry it with you at all times. It includes a built-in adaptive driver; offering plug and play operation. ITM01 also comes with fully functional buttons to control volume and skip tracks.

I am not a paid Reviewer but this product is Bang On recommendation for this price bracket. Yes there are other great products also but nothing as versatile as this.
The Build and Accessories:
->The product is very greatly made, it has a premium product finish to it even at this price bracket and the LED looks really cool.
->I was skeptical about the proprietary cable connection earlier because I don't like products that will break and become unusable due to cable which is so easy to damage BUT to my surprise it is a great cable, the longer one is braided so even better and the connecter is magnetic plus a very good one, it definitely seem more durable than the standard USB C connector, I am more than satisfied with it.
The Modes:
Gaming Mode : Never use it except for gaming, it makes the sounds go very distant making it not a logical mode to use otherwise but for gaming, it is great for direction detection.
Movie Mode : Great for in general watching any video honestly.
Music Mode : The most neutral and normal mode, if you want to listen to your music as it is, this is the one to select.
The Performance:
Great Power output, can drive many headphones. Even my DT990 pro[needs to use max volume] works on it. I am honestly in love with the product.
It has PCM : 384 and DSD: 128 both of which are higher than what I need anyway, I only use Apple music as Hifi music app and it caps at 196 PCM so it is all fine for me.
Comparisons:
I have FiiO Btr5, iFi Zen Dac v2, xDuoo Mt-601 and Hiby FC3. Other than this I have used FiiO uBtr and BTR1k , Shanling UA1 pro, VE Dongle[don't remember the name]. On basis of all that, let's compare it to Dongle & BT DACs only.
The only one above it's price bracket are Hiby FC3 and FiiO BTR5. Btr5 is a BT device and supports DSD 256 and has inbuilt filters all the mainstream Codecs, adaptive mic detection and many features, also it sounds better and has a Balanced output too but it is more expensive and also, it doesn't have Modes like this have, maybe the movie Mode is copyable but the Gaming Mode is really good for it's purpose. Similar with FC3 good for music, supports MQA and is all in all small and compact package and packs a punch.
Hence, if you have above devices then you can still go for this one as it is not just another one on the market and has some additional value to it.
The Cons:
-> Volume increments are pretty high, making it hard to adjust sometimes.
-> All the different system volumes are separately changeable, which causes trouble to Firstly change the volume that you want and Secondly have very high volume at times of typing and notifications if left unchecked.
-> it has popping sound when taken out or put in and also when modes are changed.
Final Verdict : You can definitely buy it if it is in your budget range, it is an extremely versatile and well built product. If you want an all purpose DAC this will do the job best. Bear in mind it still is a very good DAC for just Music listening purpose as it is very clean and good but it's charm lies in it's versatility.
