Wireless Range

You must have most likely noticed that wireless signals do not travel an infinite distance. The farther a wireless signal goes, the weaker it gets. This loss is known as path loss, and it defines the range of connectivity. This range of connectivity is dependent on the wireless protocol in use like Bluetooth. Three classes offer standard ranges of connectivity with Class 1 devices transmitting at 100 mW with a range of 100 meters or 328 feet. Most Bluetooth headsets and headphones are Class 2 devices that transmit at 2.5 mW with a range of 10 meters or 33 feet. Lastly, Class 3 devices transmit at 1 mW with a range of fewer than 10 meters.

Stopped working in first 30 days

Stopped working in first 30 days, i used to walk with these headphones and could observe them disconnecting/reconnecting every 2 seconds. Then in few days one of ear pods blinked continuously, lost all battery and then never came back. After few days the second pod produced no audio whatsoever.

I had raised a support request with Jabra team did not hear anything back for 2 weeks now, which is great. I should have odered via amazon at least some support I would have gotten from them,.

Confused

I actually first bought Lypertek and exchanged it for Jabra, just because Lypertek didn't have the premium look, feel and also because of the sound signature. But I regret now for that decision..

Even though the Jabra Elite 3 looks premium and sound signature is to my liking, the volume is toooo low...

I don't even know whether you sent any refurbished one because I've got it as exchange. I NEED A SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM.. I can send you the unboxing video if you want..

Finally, you've always been my go-to store for my earphone needs since 2015.. But nowadays you're not living to my expectations.. Give me a good sounding earphones in the same brand or give me my money back. I'll purchase somewhere else

My first Jabra

Pros:

Fit & feel of the earpods is solid. The case is small so it makes portability a breeze. Charging takes absolutely no time at all. The sound+ app is reliable and has worked well for me so far. Equalization is a plus. Jabra's 2 year warranty was a deciding factor for me as these things tend to stop working quite often in my experience with other TWS. The range seems to be pretty good! Call quality isn't great, but it isn't bad either in quieter situations.

Cons:

There is no inner mesh (as far as I could tell) in the earpod canal so dirt from your ear or otherwise can really get inside. The material used for both the case and earpods is prone to getting dirty easily and it seems like it won't be easy to clean it either. The case feels flimsy and might break easily. The sound quality doesn't feel premium (should It not at this price? Who knows). They pick up a lot of ambient noise, so if you are looking for great call quality, look elsewhere. Connecting to different devices is cumbersome since for the full experience you would need the Jabra app on every device.

Deciding factors for me:

Reviews stated there is no massive difference between these and the elite 4. Moreover, these very rated as highly durable. There is really no other option at this price point which comes from a reputable/reliable company and is generally received positively in reviews.

Hi Ayush Saxena,
We are so happy you took out time & elaborately reviewed the product. We are sure this will help our customers to make an even better & informed decision.
