Jabra headsets are optimized to be used with smartphones/mobile phones. They are not specifically optimized to be used directly with a PC or Mac. Pairing your Jabra device with your PC or Mac may work for audio streaming, but not for call control which is not supported by many PCs or Macs. However, this is highly dependent on the specific model of your computer. Note: When connected to a PC or Mac, audio quality may vary, because Bluetooth is not optimized for audio streaming on many PCs and Macs. Before you connect wirelessly, make sure your PC or Mac meets the following requirements: The appropriate Bluetooth drivers from the manufacturer of your PC or Mac have been installed. Jabra does not supply Bluetooth drivers, and Jabra devices are therefore dependent on the drivers already installed on a PC or Mac. Your PC or Mac supports the Bluetooth profiles that support your Jabra device. The Bluetooth profiles for Jabra devices are listed in the technical specifications that are located on the Jabra product support pages. The latest operating system updates from Microsoft or Apple have been installed on your PC or Mac.

Why do I hear static noise on my Jabra headset?
Wireless devices are susceptible to interference that may affect audio quality and result in static. To avoid blocking the Bluetooth signal, follow these guidelines:
    - Make sure the distance between your headset and the paired device does not exceed 33 feet (10m).
    - Make sure there is a direct line of sight between your headset and phone. Avoid placing objects that can block radio signals, between paired devices. These include walls, doors, and windows.
-Avoid environments where computers, microwave ovens, and high concentration of Wi-Fi are present.
    - Keep your headset and mobile phone on the same side of your body.
    - Avoid placing your mobile phone in a back pocket.
Note: Low battery capacity in your Jabra headset and mobile phone may affect the Bluetooth range.
Why can I use my Jabra headset for phone calls but not hear music through it?
Verify that your mobile phone supports the A2DP Bluetooth profile. Also, verify in the Bluetooth settings that the headset is selected for media streaming.

Some computers use a USB suspend mode to save power. This may cut off power, so the device cannot be charged on the USB port, even though the light indicator on the device shows that it is charging.

freedom from wires and welcome the clarity

jabra move has a admirable sound signature with quite precise clarity, bass and treble ar balanced as it should be... with single charge it will last 4to 5 hours... build and comfort are ranked high in terms of jabra... and sound isolation also enough to block outside noises... call quality was good indoors but might face prblms when outdoors

Nice catchy title! You should be a marketeer :) Thanks for writing in with an awesome review!

Cool Product

Good Headphones but @headphonezone Can you please tell me if I can use for GYM?

Hey Pratik! The earpads may deteriorate over time, if exposed to sweat for longer periods of time. We suggest you drown them in music, not in sweat. :P

Good Sound but a short life- Disspointing!

The headphones have lovely sound but the battery ran out in just 13 months of purchase- which is conveniently a month post warranty expiry. To make it worse, these can't be serviced in India and neither can the battery be replaced, so have had to junk them. Overall just feel they're not really good value for the money spent.
