How do I pair my Jabra Sport Coach Wireless with my mobile phone?
The first time you turn on your Jabra Sport Coach Wireless, it is ready to pair with your mobile phone. Follow the voice-guided instructions to pair.
To pair with a new or second mobile phone, follow these steps:
    - Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
    - Turn off the Jabra Sport Coach Wireless.
    - Press and hold the Multi-function button (5 seconds) until the indicator light flashes blue.
    - Follow the voice-guided instructions to pair with your mobile phone. Enter "0000" (four zeros) if you are asked for a pin code.
Can I pair my Jabra device with my PC or Mac?
Jabra headsets are optimized to be used with smartphones/mobile phones. They are not specifically optimized to be used directly with a PC or Mac.
Pairing your Jabra device with your PC or Mac may work for audio streaming, but not for call control which is not supported by many PCs or Macs. However, this is highly dependent on the specific model of your computer.
Note: When connected to a PC or Mac, audio quality may vary, because Bluetooth is not optimized for audio streaming on many PCs and Macs.
Before you connect wirelessly, make sure your PC or Mac meets the following requirements:
The appropriate Bluetooth drivers from the manufacturer of your PC or Mac have been installed. Jabra does not supply Bluetooth drivers, and Jabra devices are therefore dependent on the drivers already installed on a PC or Mac.
Your PC or Mac supports the Bluetooth profiles that support your Jabra device. The Bluetooth profiles for Jabra devices are listed in the technical specifications that are located on the Jabra product support pages. The latest operating system updates from Microsoft or Apple have been installed on your PC or Mac.
Why do I hear static noise on my Jabra headset?
Wireless devices are susceptible to interference that may affect audio quality and result in static. To avoid blocking the Bluetooth signal, follow these guidelines:
    - Make sure the distance between your headset and the paired device does not exceed 33 feet (10m).
    - Make sure there is a direct line of sight between your headset and phone. Avoid placing objects that can block radio signals, between paired devices. These include walls, doors, and windows.
    - Avoid environments where computers, microwave ovens, and high concentration of Wi-Fi are present
    - Keep your headset and mobile phone on the same side of your body.
    - Avoid placing your mobile phone in a back pocket.
Note: Low battery capacity in your Jabra headset and mobile phone may affect the Bluetooth range.
Why can I use my Jabra headset for phone calls but not hear music through it?
Verify that your mobile phone supports the A2DP Bluetooth profile. Also, verify in the Bluetooth settings that the headset is selected for media streaming.

Why does the Jabra Sport Life app use English instead of the language of my Android phone?
    Prerequisites:
Jabra Sport Life app - Android

If your Android phone uses one of the supported languages, Jabra Sport Life will automatically detect and use the same language. The supported languages are:
    English (default language)
    German
    French
    Spanish
    Korean
    Japanese
    Chinese Simplified
If your Android phone uses a language that is not supported, then Jabra Sport Life uses English which is the default language.
If you use Chinese Traditional on your Android phone, Jabra Sport Life will use English. To change the language used by Jabra Sport Life from English to Chinese Simplified, you must install Chinese Simplified instead of Chinese Traditional.
Note: This change may be applied to other apps that use the same language logic as Jabra Sport Life, and this could result in corresponding changes to the language they use.
Why does the Jabra Sport Life app use English instead of the language of my iPhone?
    Prerequisites:
Jabra Sport Life app - iOS

If your iPhone uses one of the supported languages, Jabra Sport Life will automatically detect and use the same language. The supported languages are:
    English (default language)
    German
    French
    Spanish
    Korean
    Japanese
    Chinese Simplified
If your iPhone uses a language that is not supported, then Jabra Sport Life uses English which is the default language.
You can change to a language that is supported by Jabra Sport Life, by installing it as a secondary language on your iPhone.
    Example:
If Chinese Traditional is the primary language on your iPhone, you can install Chinese Simplified as a secondary language. Jabra Sport Life will then use Chinese Simplified instead of English.

To install Chinese Simplified as the secondary language, follow these steps:
    Tap Settings on your iPhone.
    - Tap General > Language & Region > iPhone Language.
    - Select the supported language you want to install.
    - You will be prompted to select between Change to Chinese Simplified and Keep Chinese Traditional as the primary language.
    - Select Keep Chinese Traditional, and the iPhone will reboot while adding support for Chinese Simplified.
    - When the iPhone has rebooted, the Preferred Language Order will appear as follows with Chinese Simplified added as the secondary language.
    - Turn your Jabra headset off and on.
    - Open Jabra Sport Life, and the language will be changed from English to Chinese Simplified.
There is a difference between the language of the voice readouts from Jabra Sport Life and the language of the headset. If you follow the preceding scenario, and your headset uses another language, you need to also change the language on the headset so that voice guidance will be in Chinese. If you do not change the language on the headset, the voice readouts from a workout will be in Chinese, and voice guidance from the headset, such as battery status, will be in the default language, which is English.
Note: This change may be applied to other apps that use the same language logic as Jabra Sport Life, and this could result in corresponding changes to the language they use.

Clean sound but always in search of power source

Recently I got Jabra sports coach ear buds.
Aesthetics of packing are excellent. The bean shaped pouch is cute .To look and wear around neck is a bliss.Quality of sound is clean and good especially mids are highlighted. No punch so bass hungry youth may disappoint a bit.Bluetooth connectivity is easy and quick but with few hiccups in sustaining in the first minute and there after smooth connectivity is being maintained.Comfortable in the ears with good grip. The jabra app for sports is good especially it's vocal info and suggestions. The app for music is good in providing dolby noise reduction and a good equaliser.

Like many other counterparts the big problem is battery. If you depends entirely on music for your walk or workout better charge everyday.

In the beginning I was a bit skeptical about getting the piece through headphonezone but after going through the site I was pretty convinced more so after seeing the pop ups of purchasers near by my city.I got the piece quite earlier than my expectations. Thank you headphone zone.

Awesome

Great for a work out. I use this while cycling and rowing .
