I have passed a little over 250 hours of music time with these RHAs and it has eventually won over me by its brilliant sound quality, making it easily the best IEMs i have ever used.To be honest the journey started a little rough at the start. For most part of the first hundred hours i had mixed feelings, the quality of the sound stage was on and off for different genres.Thought it was a costly mistake buying these until it started hitting the sweet spot after crossing the 100 hour mark and then it got better and better every passing hour. Finally after 200 plus hours i have a perfect pair of ear phones I've ever had in my life.It is brilliant and intelligently designed and it can handle any genre you throw at it with amazing precision.
Deep punchy bass not too little or too much, right at the middle how it actually should be.
Sound stage is brilliant with perfect treble without tearing your ears apart.
Instrument separation will blow your mind.
Perfect for every genre .Tested playing Rock, pop, jazz, metal, hip hop and EDM sounded perfect for all of it.
Fit was a trouble at the start but the memory foam got very comfortable.
Noise cancellation with the memory foams are brilliant without sacrificing comfort.
Cable is good so far, really long and durable.
This IEM takes insanely long time to burn in.Obviously didn't sound fantastic out of the box and took well over 100 hours to attain perfection.
The silicone tips are practically useless, leaks a lot of sound and provides zero noise cancellation.
Without noise cancellation ear tips RHA will sound awful.
For 9000 bucks its a steal and you wont find a better in ear monitor with reference sound at this price.Pair it with a Fiio so you can enjoy studio quality sound without burning a hole in your pocket.
First of all, Headphonezone just exceeded the expectations on every level, There's no any other website or store in my knowledge that let you do Home audition of such earphones.
Delivery too was quick and packaging was also good.
Now the IEMs...
1st : the sound is great and well balanced once you get a perfect seal. (You might need to try 2-3 different sizes to get perfect seal) I haven't tried comply tips for extended period but it fits well for sure.
2 The quality of the cable is good and it is thick.
3 earphone it self sets perfectly despite of me wearing glasses all the time.
4 sound is superb and bass is also good(though not over powered like in sony MDR XB series)
I've used Sony MDR XB50, MDR XB75, MDR XB510AS and still I didn't find bass lacking in this one. Advantage of balanced bass is that you get better instrument seperation and lyrics are clearer.
5 the noise isolation is great once you get proper fitting eartips.
6 quality of carrying case is also superb, though you might need yo protect the case against sharps as it is made of soft lather.(though reinforced well)
I've used it with LG V30 and Oneplus 6 with 320kbps mp3 files and FLAC files and I'm very impressed with the quality of sound (looking forward to to check them on the dedicated audio players)
These earphones are Hi-res certificate and they prove it well with the quality of sound.
It might be a tough investment decision for people like me who is not professionally involved in music but still I'd say if you can take care of earphones and want to have the best sound possible at this price range GO FOR IT.
1 it has 3 years warrenty which is exceptionally good and I've read reviews that headphonezone doesn't let you down when it comes to genuine Warrenty claims.
2 I had narrowed it down to one more triple drivers vs this but I've read lots of reviews that One more has poor build quality of its earbuds and they pop open in some cases, whereas these ar...
Just had these IEM for two days now,Listened to various Genre for six hours the first day and further let it run for about eight hours to burn in.Listened to music for six hours the next day and let it burn in for four hours which adds up to a total run time of 24 hours.
The IEM initially sounded very odd like an IEM from the 3k category,in fact the fist six hours made me think i made a mistake buying these for 9k but after a little more run time at about 15 hours it started getting a bit better, the sounds were getting well pronounced by then. After hitting the 20 hour mark it started sounding almost good and its getting better and better every passing hour and i believe it will hit the sweet spot eventually.
From the first 24 hours of run time i am pretty sure that this IEM needs more burn in before it starts sounding perfect. So im going to let it burn in for at least 200 hours and im certain,by then this IEM will justify its price tag.
Pros so far
Treble ,Bass(Not too loud but punchy) and vocals are well pronounced and its gets better and better after a lot of run time
Noise isolation is good with the Foam tips
Takes some time to get a proper fit
From the First few hours of use i feel it requires a lot of Run time than other IEMs in the same category
silicone tips provided are useless,if you a re looking for noise isolation they wont provide any.
First of all thanks to Headphone zone for supefast delivery, it was delivered to me 36 hrs. Since choosing an earphone is a personal thing you guys make this experience delighful.
At the time of writing this review I have used my RHA-MA750 for two weeks, hence goes my review.
As a casual listner I had used Creative, Sony, AudioTechnica before, hence upgrading to a premium earphone was a gradual move for me. Before using RHA MA750 I was not much educated about Balanced sound signature. Throughout my life I was listening to bass heavy earphones. But after pluging these I was surprised by the music it delivers.
The sound signature is so balanced that there is no overlap between sub-bass, mid-bass, bass, treble. I was specially delighted with the punchier sub-bass and this is the USP. I was not even required to tweak the equaliser settings.
Instrument separation is phenominal, I can hear each and every instrument clearly, which was not there with earlier earphones. One can literally hear what goes actually in a making a music. It truly makes good music a Great one!!
The great build quality using premium materials and 3 years warranty justifies the price you pay. There are others in market at same price, but RHA MA750 stands out. I can feel the weight in hand but not on ears. Choose from variety of earbuds for perfect noise isolation.
I hope, this review will help to make your purchase decision.
Thanks for reading.
This is a long term review.. After about 2 years of minimal to moderate use.. I can safely say its one of the best sounding headphones I ever used.. With a good soundstage, pleasent bass(yeah not a word that you usually associate with bass), and clear vocals.. However the wires have started ripping off from the outer rubber coating.. It has not undergone any abuse, but rather it seems that the outer coating has expanded over timeand ripped at one end.. Naturally i wont get a replacement more such a case
Rha 750 is my second pair of premium earphones. Prior to this I had a pair of Bose Sound True. Rha 750 has a superb build quality. It's a like tank. If any one love clarity. It's the pair of earphones to go for. However if you don't like bass at all then one can go for Shures as well. It's bass is also good without comprising on clarity. Only one concern regarding the Rha 750's is it's eartips. Bose eartips are by far better in terms of comfort. Rha 750 eartips are not so comfortable for long use. However this is something varies from user to user. In a nutshell, it is good pair of earphones with superb build quality and great sound quality. Finally, it comes with 3 years warranty.
