Customer Questions

Ask Question
Q: Is it necessary to be in front of TV for using this headphone?

A: No, Sennheiser's RF technology is pretty robust, so you do not need to be absolutely in front of the TV and movement does not cause any disturbance.

Q: Can the transmitter, that comes with the Sennheiser RS120II, support simultaneous playback on 2 RS120II headphones, if I buy another one separately without the transmitter?

A: Hi, the transmitter that is included with the Sennheiser RS120II only supports playback on a single set of headphones at a time. The feature that allows you to use two headsets simultaneously on a single transmitter is only supported on the current range from the Sennheiser RS165 and on wards.
