What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

In case you receive the Shokz - OpenRun with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

You must have most likely noticed that wireless signals do not travel an infinite distance. The farther a wireless signal goes, the weaker it gets. This loss is known as path loss, and it defines the range of connectivity. This range of connectivity is dependent on the wireless protocol in use like Bluetooth. Three classes offer standard ranges of connectivity with Class 1 devices transmitting at 100 mW with a range of 100 meters or 328 feet. A good option for runners

I bought it as a companion for my runs. It does its job well. Not the best sounding device out there but its other features take the cake.

Perfect for one specific job. Excellent for others. Terrible for few.

My first experience with bone conduction earphones. Was wary of the 'vibration' and the 'lack of bass'.

After using it for 2 weeks, I must admit that my fears were unfounded. You need to find the right 'place' to 'place' these earphones on your 'cheeks'. If you do it right, while there are vibrations, they are definitely not irritating in the least. Also, you feel the vibrations only if you take the volume to greater than 75%. Since I use it in noisy traffic filled environs, that happens to me almost every day but has not made me remove them or stop using them - it did take me 2-3 days to find the right spot for them of course.

The bass is obviously not great but it is perfectly manageable - for regular listening of music; and even better for podcasts where this device's focus on mids works well for transmitting human voices.

Battery life is decent - lasts 5-6 hours (so once in 4-6 days for my use case) before the 'battery low' voice chimes in. Seems to charge in about 2 hours (have not checked exact time). On this point, do note that it uses a proprietary charger so when travelling you will need to carry this cable in addition to all the others you pack.

Most importantly, I can hear all the sounds and noises from around me and so they serve the job - of keeping the user aware of surroundings - perfectly.

The black colour was not available so had to make do with blue; since I use them mostly for training, it was not a deal breaker for me.

Definitely recommend them for users that:
1. do not need perfect sound
2. are not looking for bass heavy sound
3. need something for use in noisy environments - especially sweaty conditions
4. especially want something for podcasts.

Do NOT recommend for users that:
1. have very sensitive cheek bones
2. want earphones with charge lasting at least 7 days
3. want their earphones to sound good...always
4. want to focus on what they are listening to with zero distractions.
