In case you receive the Sonos - Beam (Gen 2) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. Awesome Soundbar.

Sonos Soundbar Beam 2 is wonderful with Atmos for a small room. It works on WiFi, no Bluetooth. If Headphones zone can sell the rear speakers from IKEA - Symphonic, that will be good. They are prized 50% lesser than Sonos One.

Amazing speaker but some issues with App

It is truly amazing speaker bar. I have to confess this is probably best speaker I have listened to. It comes closer to Marshall speakers but with better tech and sleeker design.
I bought these mainly as my computer speakers. :|
Sounds crazy?! And yes this is what they are NOT meant for .. but they fit very nicely under my monitor and provide fabulous sound. I have limited space for my monitor and speakers on my work table. I tried many computer speakers .. Logitech Z623 (another amazing set of speakers), Pebbel plus, Bose companion, Sony XB43, Tribit stormbox, Marshall Emberton, Sony XB43 (two in stereo paring), Amazon echos (including Echo Studio) but for some reason or other, none worked to my satisfaction.
What I wanted was kind of all purpose speakers. Great for music; great for gaming; great for movies (latest audio supports including ATMOS) and Sonos Beam (Gen 2) fits best so far.

Why four star for this great product? The setup issues! It doesn't have bluetooth connectivity for music. Needs to be connected using mobile App. The App is not too intuitive nor very easy to use/setup. I wasted lot of time trying to set it up .. even with TV. One may have to view some videos or read some material for setup. I was about to return it when I could successfully hear the beautiful sound from TV and then from computer the way I wanted. Probably providing alternate connectivity options like bluetooth or simple 2.5 jack input would have been good for basic connectivity related trouble shooting. For lot of time I wasnt sure if Bar's input HDMI port was faulty or what when I could not make it sound!
