I had monk e lites before these and honestly they were a banger. These sound similar but more comfy and vibe friendly. I found the monks to slip out with a lot of headbobing.
So to sum up
Pros:
Bluetooth(quick), comfort, convinient, light weight, sound quality amazing
Cons:
No stress releaving joints so you have to be gentle with them (build quality not the best but will see after long term usuage)
Sound similar to venture monks which come for 600/-.

Only one feature about sound which sets it apart from a rs600 iem is that in app equilizer, works really well with genre changed and is quite accurate.
Basically you're paying for the bluetooth convinience and comfort.
Still overall best bluetooth headset I've had. Thanks headphone zone👌

The design and sound are pretty similar to Sony WI - C 200 but these miss out on the basic feature like magnetic buds. The magnetic bud feature was available on older generation C200 but how come Sony missed out on these?!
Requires the sony app and equalization for neutral sound.
