In case you receive the TOPPING - BC3 (Unboxed) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. Top class decoding and more than ample power to drive my Shure 1540.The bluetooth connection is breeze with my Sony Walkman DAP and mobile phones as well. I am amazed by clarity, instrument separation and proper sound stage presentation. I could not recognize the often heard prelude music of " Jai Jai Shiv Shankar...." due to the vast Sound Stage and clear presentation of various instruments. Now I can feel the greatness of our film music directors due to BC3.

Puts itself ahead of normal bluetooth receivers.....But not the last word...

All about the sound

Unmatched sound quality at this price point. I've compared using my HD 599 with BC3 and my wired FX Audio amp, and the difference is barely noticeable. The AMP has maybe 10-15% better bass apart from that BC3 matched the performance. I did use LDAC on my phone, so in that combination, you really do get amazing audio performance.

The only thing that I didn't like was the controls. It lacks feedback, so you have to double-check if the touch worked.
Also a big empty space, probably they can charge some more and make that into a screen, even simple things like the name of the song would have been great.

None of it is a deal-breaker, I Will recommend 100%.
Get it for the sound quality.
