Built like a Tank, Best sound I have ever heard

I had a pair of QC 25's but always preferred my in ear v moda Forza for the quality, crispness in bass and loudness they delivered. I purchased these and discovered a whole new world.

I use the in ear v moda with a DAC amplifier - Fiio A4. Costs only 4k but makes a huge difference, my Q25's would blow out at 55 %, the v moda in ear give out at 70% and these over year monsters go loud and clear till 90%, they don't give up after 90% but they loose the clarity and sound stage.

Highly recommended!

The only thing that I felt needed mentioning in the review was the fact that wireless, the sound is a 8/10. I will definitely use these for the gym, walk and office sessions where I need to be wire free for momentum and mobility. But if you want to push these cans to their 100% and feel the sound stage and mega sub bass ( I am a bass junkie) then plug them in a DAC and enjoy the full potential.

My first pair was damaged, I returned on the 2nd day.

Big shout out to Headphone zone for their support and care. Please don't ever compromise on your customer support.

Photograph : these cans look dope on anyone! Here is my little Audiophile puppy rocking chair he cans.

Deep bass!

These headphones are amazing! Very nice sound quality, even in Bluetooth mode. Long lasting battery life. Amazing design and built. I have been using RHA-T20i for more than 2 years and am planning to have headphones. CF2 produces an amazing deep bass which does not hurt the ears. Although microphone in Bluetooth mode isn't good at all, that is not really a problem IMHO.

A Feminine Perspective on a headphone coveted by men

Starting off with the exterior, this is as sturdy as it looks, if not more and the idiosyncrasies of its creator and the Italian leanings are palpable. The rose gold version (which is what I own now) is not just the best visually, it also packs the most features. If standing out in a crowd is your aim, look no further. I instantly fell in love with the foldable design and the adamantine, compact case which easily fits in my favourite Chanel 2.55 handbag. The box it comes in is also very pretty. And did I mention how portable they are?!

I have long ears (not as big as those elves from Tolkien's legendarium). Even XL Memory Cushions clamp the top and bottom of my ears, so much so I need quick breaks to relieve the pressure on my ears. I am not one of those censorious finicky type; I normally wouldn’t mind this so much if they provided excellent noise-isolation (akin to Ultrasone). The hum of my AC & the prattle of strident Radio 1 DJs (which my partner loves playing aloud) are still very audible.

Now you are probably how they sound. I am conflicted. This one is clearly bass-heavy (to be expected of closed-backs) at the expense of treble detail. The imaging is surprisingly quite good for a closed-back. Soundstage does leave much to be desired. (Perhaps I have been spoilt by so-called “King of Soundstage”, Sennheiser HD 800, but then that’s very unfair because it’s apple and oranges!). The Microphone is good enough for a VOIP call, just don’t use it to record the next episode of your podcast!

The pros: it’s bluetooth. However great wired headphones sound, I’ve those days when I can’t be bothered with a 3m cable or worry about my cats munching on the wires. There’s a teeny-weeny bit of latency which can hamper your home-theatre experience.

In a nutshell, this is a good pair of everyday headphones which will suit the purposes of most listeners. Just don’t nitpick or you will find yourself salivating over the thought of owing audiophile albeit dearer audio gadgets.

Super qualities of a headphones

I own Sony mx1000 and wanted to experiment new one. This one is perfect and more richer sound quality. The wired one has added advantage of using it with phone.

The only disadvantage in so far as features are concerned, is that it does not have the notice cancellation. So not useful for travel.

Decent Sound but not comfortable for long listening sessions

I have been using this for almost a month now. Primarily using in wired mode and sometime in wireless mode with iPhoneX, Pixel and LG G6. I mostly listen to Bollywood and English Pop and this headphone does a good job. Nothing exceptional but nothing to complain about on sound quality. A little bit high on bass but that sounds pleasant. My main concern is that it is too tight on my ears. So not very comfortable for long listening sessions. I assume that I can replace the pads and make it comfortable.

Good choice

Its well built and delivers a very good sound quality. I bought the Rose Gold variant and it looks as stunning as it is with the music.

*Customisation is not possible on this variant but you can always buy a new pair of shields when its available.
