Good built quality, but my Abigail induces an annoying cracking sound.

Annoying hissing sound

The build quality is good , but there is an annoying sound coming from the dac. This noise is pretty noticable at low volumes and causes a lot of discomfort while listening to music . I have used the kz edx pro with this dac. Edx pro does not fit well in this dac , if I move a little while wearing headphones , the headphones come out of the dac a little and the audio quality and the volume of the song reduces and sometimes produces a hissing sound. Apart from these two issues the Abigail dac has a good build and decent audio quality. But it's a bit overpriced considering the problems I have faced.

Hi ,
I have been looking for a c to 3.5 jack audio converter for my s23 ultra phone . tried many brands from amazon and online portals but none of them worked in a perfect manner. When I saw a youtube review for DACS from headphonezone , decided to go for the abigail.It works fine though the audio quality is not like flagship ones. very useful product for this price .
