In case you receive the 7HZ - 71 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. Do We Need an Expensive DAC/AMP?

This is my first experience with a dongle DAC/Amp. It's a truly fantastic little device. The output is so clean, well balance and powerful that it can easily drive a 50 Ohm headphone with amazing ease. My phone has transformed, literally, into a Hi-Res device with a tiny investment!

Now, the primary question is do we need an expensive DAC/AMP in the first place to listen to good music? The answer is a resounding NO. The pursuit of HiFi/HiRes has its own pitfalls. It's a trap. It's just another way to waste your hard-earned money. Musical tastes and preferences are highly subjective, and the same equipment won't satisfy everyone. So, the cardinal rule is this one: invest in a good headphone or IEM. A good one means the one that is well tuned to your own tastes and preferences and do not necessarily mean a very expensive one. There is no need to buy a very expensive one to sound good to you.

Back to the question of DAC/AMP. Investing in hugely expensive DAC/AMPs is an absolute and criminal waste of money. Do not fall for the reviews on YouTube or Headphone Zone. Test it well before you buy, if possible. An inexpensive dongle DAC/AMP (7Hz-71) is serving me much better, both on Android and Windows. Sadly, I wasted 15000 INR on a FiiO K5 Pro ESS keenly anticipating a huge difference in music quality. Not even an iota of improvement! Then why pay 12000 INR more? Invest in a good Headphone/IEM. Buy a very good DAC/AMP like 7Hz-71 or Apple Dongle (INR 900/-). Install USB Audio Player Pro on your phone. (INR 500/-). Use the equalizer on your music app to adjust your equipment to your musical taste. That's it.

After lot of research, i stumbled upon these. Prior to that i was using VE Avani and Abigail, Connexant CX Pro. So these have an AKM chip, which is used in latoo paw series as well and is well known for providing a neutral and open sound. Hear a lot of positive reviews on youtube as well and it was budget friendly. After using it good for a week, i can say that these are surprisingly good considering the budget, i have used tempotec sonata hd and e44 as well, i would say that there is not much difference in the performance. My audio gears were KZ ZS10PRO, Blon BL03, Tin Hifi T3+ and Audio Technica m50x. I can say that these are the best considering the budger, as a lot of audio community youtubers have also said. So below are the impressions

Bass response : little but controlled, lesser decay, more quality. Satisfied

Mids: the most impacted area, very refined, they feel like they add an extra layer of mids or in other words refinement so mids are extremely clean, though there is a catch, they reduce the resonance or reverb effect so in pure vocal songs you may feel that there is a lack of raspyness in the vocals in pure vocals or acapella kind of songs.

Treble: better control, better treble timber, and enhances the feel. Crisp and clean treble, improve the upper treble air region.

Overall i am more than satisfied for the price they are selling for. Very neutral, improve soundstage and separation overall great.

IMPORTANT: if you want to squeez every bit of performance from your DAC then instead of using basic android music player or streaming apps, i would suggest you to download some good 24 or 16 bit FLAC music. Install hiby music player ( not promoting) and turn USB exclusive mode. What that will do is disable the default android PCM or onboard audio chip, and make the use of the DAC fully. Try this and thank me later. You will be surprised to hear the difference in DAC performance.

I'm not an audiophile or anything.Since I bought a Note 20 ultra I had to buy a USB cable adaptor.First I bought Samsung type c adaptor and when connected to my Bose Qc 25 there was a lot of noise and I couldn't get the sound quality I get from 3.5mm headphones jack so I did research on USB dacs and my first buy was tiandirenhe with Cs4314L which got it for 1500 rs.It was good compared to Samsung. But the sound was muddy though there was an increase in bass and all but was not crystal clear and missed the same feel from my Bose which I get from headphone jack but was manageable.Sound was low I had to raise the volume very high to get the desired output. When I was outside India I stumbled upon this dac for 35 dollars and bought it.Guys it is really good.Soudnquality is awesome details become very clear everything is in correct proportions whether it is bass treble or instruments.Also I don't need to bring up the volume much .Output is really good even at 35 percent of the volume.I connected it with my Bose and soundmagic e11 which I bought from headphonezone and I'm really liking it.Brings back the good memories of hearing music from 3.5mm.More thanenough for me.Im posting this review here even though I didn't buy from headphonezone is because I just want to help others to make a good decision.I haven't used any other high priced DACs and all.Serves my purpose well.Hence this review.Good for beginners who just want to.listen to their music from new smartphones at the same quality and a bit more than they used to get from old 3.5mm jacks.

Sorry to say this iam not satisfied with this sound quality .Before this I have ordered asten xb10 with same amount but unfortunately the device was not working in my phone .So I have exchange new one 7hz 71 .I thought definitely it us a worth to me .Iam using kz zex pro earphones. There is no difference between these two iam not satisfied with this with the sound quality and audio clearance. And this device becoming over heat while using for 5 min of any song this is not a problem. But thr sound clearence and quality is very bad .

Great wired dac and amp at a great price

I am using this dac&amp with my salnotes zero which comes from the same manufacturer 7hz. It really enhanced my music listening experience to 4-5x. I'm loving this product especially in the mid bass region. In a lot of songs, I experienced a lot of instrumentals for the first time.
