Your trust in Headphone Zone is our utmost priority.

ALL products on Headphone Zone are eligible for a free Replacement within 7 days of delivery in the unlikely scenario you receive a product with a manufacturing defect.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

SELECT products on Headphone Zone are eligible for Exchange within 7 days of delivery in case you are unhappy with the product. If you see  on the product page, it is eligible for exchange.You will receive full Store Credit in your Headphone Zone account so that you may choose another product from our website which would be more suited to your needs. Refunds will NOT be possible under our 7 Day Easy Exchange policy.

Return Policy Abuse

We want all our customers to have a great experience with us at Headphone Zone. In order for our 7 Day Easy Exchange Policy and 7 Day Replacement Guarantee to be sustainable and fair for all, we take Return and Exchange Policy abuse seriously.

We monitor customers who have placed multiple Return & Exchange requests with us. Even the ones who place these requests over multiple accounts. This makes us feel like there are certain customers who are not here to shop but to “borrow” a product just to return it later. We will deny repeat return requests from customers who use such tactics and prohibit them from future purchases.

We want you to have a pleasurable shopping experience with us. While most of our customers use our policies as intended, we would really appreciate it if everyone would kindly respect our policies so that we can continue serving you better.

We don't want the handful of people who attempt to abuse our policy to ruin the experience for everyone else.

7 Day Replacement Guarantee

ALL products are eligible for return under our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee.

In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request.

The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:
- It is found to be defective 
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Ineligible products:
- Products that have a defect after 7 days. Please raise a warranty claim or service request in this case with the authorised service partner
- If you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product and bring it to our notice beyond 24 hours of delivery
- Products that have been mishandled and therefore damaged
- If you have ordered the product by mistake and not cancelled the order before dispatch
- Customised products like custom V-MODA shields, custom IEMs, or custom cables
- Accessories like Comply ear tips, SpinFit ear tips, Headphone ear pads and Smartwrap earphone accessories. These are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
- Pre-owned products

7 Day Easy Exchange

SELECT products are eligible for return under our 7 Day Easy Exchange.

7 Day Easy Exchange products on Headphone Zone are eligible for Easy Exchange within 7 days of delivery. If you see  on the product page, it is eligible for exchange. We want to make sure that you end up with a product that you 100% love. 

Do keep in mind that if you don't like the way it sounds, Burning In your headphones improves the overall sound. If you’re not happy with the fit, changing the eartips can improve the listening experience. We recommend you try these tips before requesting for an exchange.

An exchange will be allowed only if the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

You will receive full Store Credit in your Headphone Zone account so that you may choose another product from our website which would be more suited to your needs. Refunds will NOT be possible under our 7 Day Easy Exchange Policy

Process

The return process usually takes 7-10 working days. In some cases there may be unforeseen delays where it could take longer. Here's a quick break up of the process and how much time each step of the process takes.

  • STEP 1: REQUEST A RETURN
    You can raise a return request at https://returns.headphonezone.in
    After you have raised a return request, you will receive an acknowledgment email. A unique RET (Return) number will be assigned to your case for future reference.

  • STEP 2: APPROVAL
    Once you've raised a return request, you should hear back from us by the next working day. We may have a few questions and clarifications before we go ahead and approve your return request.

  • STEP 3: RETURN PICKUP
    We will then arrange a pickup for your product. If you live in a metro city, you can expect the pickup to happen within 2 working days. Outside a metro city, you can expect the pickup to happen within 3-5 working days. The product will take the same amount of time to reach us as it took to reach you. The tracking ID to track the status of your return shipment will be shared with you, so that you’re informed every step of the way.

  • STEP 4: INSPECTION
    Once the product has reached us, we will need 2-3 working days to have the product inspected thoroughly to determine the exact working condition of the product. This will be shared with you accordingly. We know that 2-3 days is a lot of time. However, our team thoroughly inspects every aspect of the product so that we may have a solution ready for you.
     
  • STEP 5: RESOLUTION
    Based on the inspection status and the reason for return, we will approve your return request and then ship out a replacement or issue full store credit in your Headphone Zone account and your return case will be closed.

Refunds

You are eligible for a refund in specific cases if:

  • You cancelled your order before it was shipped out
  • The returned product has a manufacturing defect
  • The returned product is in a completely sealed and unopened condition without any packaging damages or blemishes
  • You were sent a different product from what you ordered

You are NOT eligible for a refund in the following cases if:

  • You've returned a product under our 7 Day Easy Exchange Policy.
  • You or the person you've gifted the product does not like the product
  • You or the recipient of the product has mishandled the product
  • You pre-ordered a product that was specifically procured for you
  • A wrong product was returned than what was shipped to you
  • You are claiming warranty or service for your product

 

Cancellations

We admit that it is upsetting to see an order cancelled :(

But we understand that there are many reasons why one would want to cancel an order placed on our website. Before cancelling, do reach out to our Headphone Gurus or Customer Happiness Officers to find out if we can resolve your issue without any cancellations.

How it works?
If your product has not yet been dispatched, here’s how you can proceed with your cancellation request:

  1. Login to your account & click cancel next to your order
  2. Your order gets cancelled & you will receive an email for the same
  3. You get a refund (for pre-paid orders)

Please note that this option will show one hour after you've placed the order.

What’s eligible?
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch whichever is earlier.

FAQs

Why must I notify Headphone Zone about damages within 24 hours?
On a rare occasion, products may be damaged in the packaging during transit. In these cases, it will be your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can approve a replacement unit for you. The 24 hour timeline ensures that the product was damaged before you had a chance to use it and thus, it will be our responsibility to make it right.

Will I get a brand new unit as a replacement?
Yes! Under our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee, if you purchased a brand new product, we will send a brand new, sealed unit to you.

When will my replacement unit be shipped?
As soon as the inspection of the faulty unit and the approval of your return request has been completed, we will ship out a brand new replacement unit to you.

What if my replacement unit is also defective?
Don't break a sweat! You can raise a return request once again under our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee.

How will you know if your product is eligible for exchange?
Simple. Check the product page. If you see , then it is eligible for exchange. 

Can I exchange my order the second time?
Under our 7 Day Easy Exchange Policy, you are eligible to exchange an order only once. It will not be allowed the second time.

Why can’t I return a pre-owned product?
Pre-owned products may already have light scratches, missing accessories and other imperfections. This is disclosed under each product page in our outlet store. Headphone Zone does not necessarily inspect Pre-Owned products and we cannot guarantee the condition of a pre-owned product.

What if I do not want store credit?
We offer store credit to our disappointed customers so that they can pick something else from our website which would suit their needs better. Store credit is valid forever! It never expires. You may pick any product you like and redeem the store credit from your Headphone Zone account at checkout. We do NOT offer refunds under our 7 Day Easy Exchange Policy.
