In case you receive the 7HZ - Sonus with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

Seven hertz sonus!! A well balanced masterpiece

I bought this product as a gift for my fiance , to try and get her into the hobby. Once I got it I tried it on to check everything was working. I was floored by how good they sounded .
Firstly , it's very comfortable in the ears . The cable is flat unique and very nice. I can see many companies in the future adopting such a cable.
The sound stage is decent , not too wide.
The soud is well balanced. Bass is sufficiently present and tight .There is more of a mid bass presence. The mods shine in these , they are clear and engaging. The highs are resolving and maturely done . I was actually impressed by the resolution and imaging . Below 5000 rupees right now , I don't think there is anything better.

Underrated and pretty decent looking

The cable is different from other IEMs and looks great. The tuning of this is pretty much perfect for gaming, imaging and sound stage seems slightly better than competitors like TE zero:red

Great mid range with the best technicalities under 5000

It’s a great sound IEM basically a hexa with more forward vocals I prefer this tuning over the hexa although the hexa does have a wider soundstage and better layering
