Poor customer support, bad customer service I didn't expect this from headphonezone. I feel very bad being as a audiophile. Drivers are bigger than my ears that's not my fault, but the headphonezone still analysing my return request problem still not resolved very very poor at all

Sound was terrible at beginning, after 4hrs of burn in it came out nice and crisp.
These are more sensitive than our regular 500-1000rs headphones, so it will pick up noise, its normal.
bassheads and people who crave strong low end in music should turn away from this, this is more flat-response yet very smooth type tuning, it has bass, clean and tight bass, no muddiness.
Sound has lots of space and you can tell each instrument by the location, from where the sound is coming.
fit is excellent for me after replacing the stock tips with tips from my mom's cheaper kz edx pro.
some people will not enjoy or face total discomfort due to the large bulge inside the iems.
currently running it with a type-c to 3.5mm jack adapter, works. planning on getting a wireless upgrade module going into the future.
All these conclusions are coming from a guy who has used 600-1000rs headphones for the majority of his life, to me this is a big upgrade. to pros and veterans this may sound meh or not good enough, but its sure worth the price.
Unboxing experience was to the point
The earphones are clear and loud instruments vocals subbass are all up to the mark i haven't listened to other IEMs but these gets the job done these pair has vent that lets in ambient noise while in a comparatively louder places you might lack a bit bass due to the outside noise these lets in. But you can always tweak the equaliser to increase bass and trust me it wont disappoint you cam easily turn these into a bass heavy earphones 💪 I honestly change according to my mood.I would absolutely recommend these, worth Every penny if it last long, Thankyou.
One more tho keeo in mind the colour of outer shell fades away very quickly though its made of basic metal that is cold to touch it fades just like a hot wheels cars😂 but its fine for me you guys might wanna think about it

The KZ ZEX pro IEM with ibasso dc03 is my first Audiophile combo. It has three drivers that give a balanced and detailed sound. The ibasso dc03 is a DAC/amp that improves the sound quality and volume. This combo sounds clean, clear and crisp. It makes me feel like I'm in a live concert. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try Audiophile.
