In case you receive the Oriveti - OH300 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Thoroughly satisified

These are my first Hi-fi IEMs, so I do not have a benchmark to compare against, but I do own an AudioTechnica ATH-M50X.
Build quality is good, with sturdy cables. Although, the shape of the monitors might cause a bit of discomfort for some people.
I pair them with my Fiio M11plus ESS (unbalanced out).
SOUND QUALITY:
Amazing Soundstage and great Tonality.
Mids sound especially mind-blowing. Highs are bright and clear, but not harsh. Lows are good too, with a good sub-bass response, but can leave bassheads wanting. It's not that the low-end response is lacking much, (infact it feels better than my M50x) just not as stellar as the mids and highs.
I'd say it has a flat response with a very slight bias towards Mids and Highs.
Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Definitely Underrated!

This is a smoother and more refined alternative to blessing 2/3. The blessing iems despite being resolving are a little sharp and shouty. This is equally balanced but more refined and musical.
