However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. Active, Harmonious, Soulful IEM

I am pleasantly surprised with the product performance to price ratio. This IEM will sound fantastic playing most music genres and I could hear notes which were otherwise inaudible on the drives used in my past.

Most product reviews do classify this product to have a V-shape sound signature, but in my opinion the EQ has been tuned so well that any music thrown at this IEM will sound active, lively and appealing to the senses.

It feels open and wide with notes coming all over feeling airy and spacious. I have only experienced the IEM with default filter and have not seen a need to switch to the alternate filter supplied. Build quality is solid and feels professional in both looks and performance. Accessories supplied is of good quality and am sure will last a long time.

I was contemplating between the EA500, Hexa & Olina SE. Just followed my heart to choose this OEM and very glad about the product performance thus far. While choices are like paths of divergence, I took the one less travelled by, and that has made all the difference.

Great simgot ea500

I just took a vote with many iem in face book. I keep MOONDROP aria, simgot ea500, fiio FH7. Hbb khan kaiula. Truthear X crinnicalal and timeless. The voting method the vote was high for timeless and 2nd winner is simgot ea500. As per my point timeless is rated high so i bought simgot ea500 (2nd winner) 🏆. Aria vote is so low. More than 50 votes I received but the winner is timeless and simgot ea500 which is great 😃

Don't think too much just buy it and feel the heaven

I have 3 months old sony wh xm4 headphones it was above 15k...but i stopped to use it after purchased this gem it says all.It wasn't take much time , yesterday I got delivered this headphone and very next day am typing this 😍

Don't listen too much what others saying just enjoy your own decision...

This one doesn't need any DOC or extra tuning because out of the box they nailed it on every single details.

It's not a popular choice for many people but it's an underrated gem for its price range.

Best balanced sound under 10k and best fit for my small ears

Appearance:
Silver metal structure and silver transparent cables.
On the fancier side but very impressive for me.
Although scratches can come up its not really bothering me to a great extent, I still feel very good when I stare at it.
Stock cable is sturdy but can be quite tangled if not well maintained.

Comfort:
IEMs like Andromeda etc don't fit for my very small ears.
I was going for sennheiser ie200 till I found this baby.... the perfect fit for my ears.
Even my brother (owner of legato) loved the fit.
The slight curvature on the side really fit in my ear cartilage. I use stock small tips.
Metal frame feels heavy on hand but fret not, your ears won't bother them.
In fact, it's a bit funny that truthear hola actually felt like air after using simgot for a while. Bit I love the heavy feel in my ears, don't know why.

Sound quality:

When I say balanced sound, it doesn't mean flat. These have pretty good Bass on stock 3.5mm apple music.
With proper dac amp, my lord you'll be blown away of the potential it creates.

I mainly use my Samsung phone 3.5mm no dac and no amp and no eq... and dolby atmos auto is actually pretty decent for me.
But if ure a veteran I suggest dac amp like fiio, it was very good and I was in my comfort zone amongst the public crowd., hehe.

Filters:

2 filters are available, red ones and black ones.
(Website says a lot of graphs and stuff about them... I'm not a graph person really)
I prefer black filters more than red, I've seen people use red more.
I felt the best balanced sound than the treble one red, you guys can check reviews.

Burning in:
When I got these first, I was very disappointed and sad, these felt very uncomfortable and gave pain to my ears for week.
But I burned in 80 to 85% spotify playlist of mine for 3 days- lemme tell works like magic... so don't worry if ure disappointed fellas, give it time to adjust to ur heart, it will love you for it.

Sound signature:
I prefer electronic music
For rock and metal like 80s metal it wasn't the best delivery, but alright.
For synthesizer, rnb, hip hop and pop... pretty much all electronic it gives the best feel.
If you're a hanz zimmer fan, "extraction point" gives a decent representation of the sound stage potential.

Durability:
It's okay really... not too fragile but I treat these as my lil princess.
It didn't hit my pocket a few times but it didn't affect thank God. But scared to test its durability as these are very precious to me.

Conclusion:
If u jus started work don't have 10k, begginer to audiophile setup, looking for balanced clear sound won't no boom boom heavy stuff... this is worth the price
(ew200 felt a bit empty but that's a great cheap option as well I guess)
