These earbuds perform horribly when stacked against their competitors. I used to own elite 2 of jabra but never had such poor audio quality on calls. These claim of noise cancellation but even with the feature turned on, the other person gets to hear so much background. I regret paying 9k. To make matters worse these aren’t even comfortable even with those ear tips. Expected better from Sony. If you have an opportunity buy jabra or sennheiser for that matter rather than these.
