First of all, there's no doubt that this is end game product and you need not to upgrade if you own these. This is a addictive product, and you always want it to be on your ear and when it's not on your ear you feel where is this and you would like to skip your daily schedule just to have this thing back on your ear. You would like yourself to dwelve yourself into the details of your soundtrack, the instruments, how the instrument in your track actually sound, the clear background voices along with leading voice and again instruments that you have been missing previously, the dyanamics, the musicality, everything. But let me clear you about the reviews you already read online. The reviews you read actually, must have noticed the dac and amp used in for the review. Those dac and amp used ain't no cheap. Ofcourse you paid a hefty sum amount to buy this but unless you pay same equal amount to buy its equivalent headphone amp and dac you won't achieve the sound what you have read in the reviews online. Ofcourse your hefty amount spent on this ain't going waste if you don't have high end dac bcoz this is as it is designed to blow hell out of you. This will what happen if you use this terrific headphone with following
With a phone having inbuilt dac like lg v60 thinq : you will get all the details that can be achieved but in a compressed manner but still far better than from the headphones you were till now listening to.
With seperately purchased dac amp between 50k to 1 lakh rupees like fiio f9 of hifiman ef400 : with addition to above, upto some extent instrumental separation and clarity.
But to get what reviewed in online that 3 dimensity and to get out most of the juice out of your headphone, you have to for price equal to it.
