What does "ships within 24 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.

What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

In case you receive the Shanling - M0 Pro with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

The M0 Pro shares the same DNA as its predecessor, the M0, but this time around, it has a fully Balanced audio circuit. The M0 Pro is capable of playing Hi-Res music. It also has Bluetooth functionality for you to use when you are on the move.

Shanling, with the M0 Pro, has managed to incorporate; a fully balanced audio circuit with dual ES9219C DAC chips from ESS Sabre. The M0 Pro delivers brain-melting sonic performance and is capable of playing Hi-Res files with support up to 32-bit/384kHz PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) & DSD128 (Direct Stream Digital). The M0 Pro has an output power of 90mW @32 Ohm single-ended and 236mW @32 Ohm Balanced, which makes it capable of driving sensitive in-ear monitors and little less demanding headphones.

Well, it seems Shanling nailed this one as well, and the M0 series is going forward with an updated, cool-looking and feature-packed device which sounds even better overall.

There seems to be an upswing with audio gear because there are so many components nowadays that blur the lines of price-to-performance ratios, and the Shanling M0 Pro is one of them. It’s an ultraportable device that does a lot of things well.

Despite its size, the M0 Pro punches above its weight when it comes to output power. With high gain and the balanced adapter plugged in, the M0 Pro can decently drive the Sennheiser HD650 and the Final Audio E5000.

I am more than impressed by M0 Pro. It’s a unique, very well made DAP featuring minuscle size and weight, paired with a bold feature set and way more than decent sonic performaces at an affordable price.

The Shanling M0 Pro is a fantastic upgraded version of the original M0. Now with dual DAC chips, balanced output and Bluetooth 5.0, this minuscule DAP is even better than its predecessor.

Speaking of which, the screen of the M0 Pro is surprisingly decent for its small size. For a DAP, it’s pretty cool seeing full-color album artwork and having granularity over a screen so small.

What are the key differences with the Shanling M0 Pro when compared to the Shanling M0?

The Shanling M0 Pro shares the same DNA as its predecessor, the Shanling M0, but this time around, it has a fully balanced audio circuit. The Shanling M0 Pro has an updated Bluetooth version 5.0 as compared to the 4.1 on M0. The Shanling M0 Pro also utilises dual ES9219C DAC chips from ESS Sabre as opposed to single ES9218P on the Shanling M0. The Shanling M0 Pro has more power making it capable of driving sensitive in-ear monitors and some demanding headphones. The Shanling M0 Pro also supports TF card upto 2TB as opposed to 512GB on Shanling M0.
