Meze 99 Neo Over-Ear Headphones review

Sound - Has a very soothing sound. Can hear music for hours together
without fatigue. Excellent Bass & Sub Bass. That brings the cons of this product. Mid range is extremely veiled & Treble is so Dark & Cold that in my opinion it needs LOT more clarity. While non crispy Bass takes over All 3 stages. Sound stage is not wide at all. Imaging is just OK. I did a burn out for 12 hours but still no improvement in the Mid section or Treble High Range. Maybe it's the sound signature which makes it sound "Bass heavy & Smooth or Dark/ cold Treble & vocal". It's very unfortunate that such a well designed & most comfortable Headphones lacks the necessary precision and firmness. I am not an Audiophile but over the years of listening experience with varied Headphones of several world famous companies, I know how much listening pleasure a great pair of Headphones can provide. To me this is Just another Bass Heavy average Headphone with Not so average price.
I didn't expect Headphone Zone Guru to suggest these after a prolonged discussion where I described in detail what I am looking for.

Truly a balanced headphones

Pros :- The design of headphone is really good, and sound quality is also very nice.
You won't get a headache due to high bass, as the bass is balanced.
If you listen to a lot of guitar & drums, then these are gem of a headphone.
Cons:-It doesn't give an immersive experience that a headphone of this price point should give, you add a few bucks and you can get a bose instead.
I didn't found the padding around ears good enough for long hours of listening, after 2 hours started to feel a bit heavy.

Its just mind blowing stuff man..............i really tried hi fi brands before this.............but they don't stand anywhere close to these................seriously guys...............dont believe what i say?? Go to headphone zone..................try them...........................and then you will know what i am talking about. You will be blown away.
