What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

In case you receive the Grado - SR80x with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Loving it, already!

I am not an audiophile, but I enjoy music and its variety. Grado is my first open-back headphone. I have used various headphones before, and right now, I use an IEM Moondrop Aria. Though I received the Grado yesterday only and could burn for a few hours but I can see the huge difference in sound from Moondrop. Moondrop is good but the Grado takes it to another level IMO. The sound is really melodious, I could hear a few instruments that I could not earlier in the same song. It does not have bass overload, but I liked the bass. I tried quite a few songs The overall music became more lively.

I could drive it easily from my smartphone and Mac. From a normal desktop, I felt an amp would help. I have an FiiO E11 Kilimanjaro headphone amplifier and as of now using that for my desktop.

Loved the purchase and thanks to Raghav for those really useful tips and guides and to team HPZ for fulfilling the order so quickly.

Built like 200rs headphones, but sounds like 200000rs headphones

Okay i admit i exaggerated a bit in the title but these are a great pair of headphones. I like the way they're tuned, although I'm not sure if its suitable for everybody.
They also can be used as a monitor because they bleed so much noise lol. The soundstage is also pretty good. The build quality is a bit poor and they actually seem like a toy rather than headphones.But all its flaws are covered by the fact that they sound amazing.

Best Open-backs in this price range!!

This is my first pair of open-back headphones so I didn't know what to expect. I was surprised by the performance. The soundstage is decent. You get a bright and sparkling sound from these headphones so the vocals and treble shine.
One issue a lot of folks have had with these headphones are the comfort wearing these. Listening for long sessions does end up fatiguing but you can change the cushion earpads to combat that. The headphones are very lightweight as well so you don't feel much weight on your neck.
Overall, I'm a big fan of these headphones. They're worth it for the price. 10/10 would recommend. Get the cushion earpads if you find the default earpads uncomfortable.

Spicy Sound Signature..!!

Vintage looks with Vintage sound.
Biased towards vocals and warm sound signature. Sounstage is pretty good utilizing full leverage of open back. These are purely cult for audio lovers. Billie Eilish songs are quite yummy in these cans.

Only con: sound is extremely leaky so it will surely irritates the person sitting next to you.

An Improved SR80 and the most vfm Grado

Incidentally my first ever high end HP was it's second iteration the SR80i purchased many years back. The latest 'X' edition is by far so much less shouty and non sibilant in comparison that it's on my head for last 1 hour and except for the same pain in my ears due to the S pads (on ears) which were the same on the original 'i' version, the sound fatigue is completely gone. I don't remember ever wearing the older gen SR80i for this long without getting tired due to the highs and uppers mids.

For lovers of rock and guitars I seriously don't know anything else that sounds so energetic and fun especially for what they are being sold at.
