We ship across India using BlueDart, DTDC and Delhivery. Most orders leave our warehouse the same day. Here's what to expect.
How Quickly Will I Get My Order?
Dispatch: Most orders get dispatched within 24 hours and for accurate dispatch timeline, you can refer to page for the product you ordered.
Delivery: Once dispatched, expect 2-3 days to metro cities, 3-5 days to other areas. You can check the estimated delivery date by entering your pincode on any product page.
"Ships within 24 hours" means we'll hand it to the courier within a day. It doesn't mean it arrives in 24 hours. Delivery time depends on where you are.
Special Cases
Pre-orders: Some products aren't in stock yet. The product page will show an estimated timeline. We'll order it from the brand specifically for you. We’ll keep you posted at every stage of the order with timely updates.
Custom orders: Custom IEMs, cables, or shields take longer. The timeline will be shown on the product page.

What the updates mean:
Shipped / Dispatched: It's left our warehouse and is with the courier.
In Transit: It's moving through the courier network toward your city.
Out for Delivery: It's on the delivery vehicle and should arrive soon.
Delivered: Done! Enjoy your new gear.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Give us 24 hours from when you placed the order. If it's been longer, check the next section.
Something's Not Right
My order hasn't shipped yet
A few reasons this might happen:
Product not readily available: If the product page didn't say "Ships within 24 hours," we may need a few days to arrange it from the brand. You'll see an estimated timeline on the product page.
Incomplete address: If we can't verify your address, we'll email or call you. Your order stays on hold until we hear back.
Public holiday or Sunday: We dispatch Monday to Saturday. Orders placed late Friday or on weekends ship Monday.
My order is stuck in transit
This usually means the courier is having trouble with the address or there's a local delay. Get in touch with us with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier directly. If you have a landmark or alternate contact number that might help, include that too.
I need to change my delivery address
Before dispatch: Just let us know. Easy.
After dispatch: We can try, but it depends on how far the package has traveled. Changing to a different city is harder than changing within the same city. We'll coordinate with the courier, but there may be a delay.

Courier partners: BlueDart DTDC or Delhivery, depending on your pincode and payment method. If you have a strong preference for one over the other, let us know before we dispatch.
Packing: We record a packing video of every order before it leaves. This protects both of us if there's ever a dispute about what was in the box.
Common Questions
Things people ask us about delivery, couriers, and what to expect. Most of these come up after an order is placed.
Can the courier call me before delivering?
Courier companies don't always allow their drivers to make calls, and we don't get their numbers in advance. If you need special instructions (call before arriving, deliver at a specific time, leave with security), tell us before dispatch and we'll pass it on to the courier.
What if my pincode doesn't accept COD?
Courier serviceability changes frequently. You can try later or with an alternate address or pincode. If nothing works, you may have to pay online.
Can I choose which courier delivers my order?
If you have a preference for BlueDart or Delhivery (or want to avoid one of them), let us know before dispatch. We'll do our best to accommodate, though it depends on serviceability for your pincode.
My tracking hasn't updated in days. Is my order lost?
Probably not. Tracking updates sometimes lag behind actual movement, especially when packages cross between courier hubs. If it's been more than 3-4 days without an update, get in touch and we'll check with the courier directly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
What's in the box?
Your product in its original packaging, plus your invoice. We pack everything securely to survive the journey. For fragile or high-value items, we add extra protection.
