Audeze's Warranty Period is 3 Years from the date of the Invoice for all the products.
All other natural materials and parts including accessories are covered under a 1-year warranty.


Audeze's goal is to offer you a level of support that matches the attention to detail and quality of our products. In the unlikely event that an Audeze product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please submit the form below. All you gotta do is make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for a warranty claim.

Understanding The Warranty Claim Process

STEP 1

Please fill out the Warranty Claim Request Form provided below, including all necessary details such as the defect, invoice, and model name. Once we receive your form, we will respond within a day. We may get back to you with a few questions to understand the issue better. 

STEP 2

We will write to the brand for your warranty claim and ask them for the best way to resolve the issue. The brand might request additional details or propose some preliminary solutions/troubleshoots to attempt to resolve the problem at customer’s end. Throughout this process,we will keep you updated and maintain communication with both you and the brand.

STEP 3

If the brand's suggested solutions do not resolve the issue, your warranty claim will be approved and a unique Warranty Case ID (WCID) number will be issued. 

STEP 4

Identifying the spare part - If the issue is not straight-forward, we may need to get and inspect your unit at our end to identify the spare part that will be needed to fix the unit. 

STEP 5

Arranging spare parts. Obtaining spare parts from the brand can vary significantly in time, ranging from a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on the specifics of the case and on the basis of our next order’s schedule. We will provide you with a clear timeline once we have more information and will keep you updated at every step.

STEP 6

Upon receiving the necessary spare part, you will need to courier your defective unit to us if the unit is not already with us. We will carry out the repairs following the brand’s guidelines at our warehouse in Chennai. Once repaired, the unit will be sent to our Mumbai office for a final quality check before being dispatched back to you.

Refunds and Store credits are strictly not allowed under warranty claims.


Under warranty claim for this brand in India, we are able to offer some repair services provided we have the spares available to do so. In some situations, the spares are needed to be procured by the brand.


Every case will be handled as directed by the brand. Instant replacements will not be possible in case if the product can be repaired.


Timelines vary from case to case basis. We request you to be patient with us as this is a lengthy process. Once the case has been approved and we have coordinated with the brand, we will be in the position to you a rough timeline.
