Your Music. Our Gear.
An audio tour is a one-on-one listening session. You bring the songs you care about, and one of our Headphone Gurus plays them through headphones and gear you won't find in a regular store. They'll point out details you've never noticed, explain why different headphones reveal different parts of a song, and help you figure out what kind of sound you actually prefer.
You'll start to hear things: the room the recording was made in, a backing vocal you didn't know existed, the difference between bass that thumps and bass that has texture. The Gurus are genuinely good at helping people hear more, whether you've been into audio for years or you're just curious about what the fuss is about.
Most people who book a tour have never tried audiophile headphones. That's the whole point. If you already knew what you were missing, you wouldn't need us to show you.

Parth was excellent, patient and went in great detail explaining what to hear in music and how headphones should actually sound. Oh, and the audio tour is free.
I greatly enjoyed attending the “audio tour” by Maharishi last Saturday. Made me realise that I’ve been buying headphones wrong all my life. There is no substitute to trying out the devices to “your own songs” before making a purchase. I haven’t seen anyone else offer this service in India. The Experience Studio is in Andheri West, right in the middle of Mumbai's Bollywood district. It's the one place in the neighbourhood where you can run open-back headphones at full volume and nobody will mind.
Inside, you'll find headphones, IEMs, amps, and DACs set up and ready to listen to. Everything is here for you to try, with a Headphone Guru to walk you through it.
When you're done, Andheri has you covered. Craft breweries, live music, street food, and enough restaurants to turn your audio tour into a full evening out.

WHAT TO EXPECT
How a Listening Session Works
You sit down with a Headphone Guru, play your favourite tracks through different gear, and talk about what you're hearing. The Guru will point out what to listen for and help you understand why something sounds the way it does. You can bring your own music or let them pick something they think will surprise you. There's usually tea or coffee around, and the conversation tends to drift into favourite albums, underrated songs, and the kind of music talk that only works with people who actually care.

Questions We Get Asked a Lot
Do I need to know anything about headphones or audio?
No. Genuinely, no. Most people who visit have never owned anything beyond their phone's bundled earphones. You don't need to know what a DAC is. You don't need opinions on balanced armature vs dynamic drivers. You just need to like music. We'll handle the rest.
Is this a shop? Can I buy something here?
We get this one a lot. The Experience Studio is a listening space, not a retail store. You can't buy products, pick up online orders, or get special walk-in deals here. If something blows your mind during your session (it probably will), you can order it on our website afterwards. Think of it as a place to listen first, decide later.
Is this a service centre?
No. For warranty claims, repairs, or service requests, head to our Help Center on the website. The Experience Studio is purely for listening.
What gear can I try? Can I get a full list?
The collection rotates, so we can't share a fixed list. We keep a range of headphones, IEMs, amps, and DACs set up and ready at all times, but not every product on our website will be available to demo. If there's something specific you want to hear, reach out to our Gurus team before your visit and they'll let you know what's currently on the floor.
Can I try out my own custom combinations? Like pairing this DAC with that headphone?
We keep the gear set up in combinations that we think sound great together, and the Gurus will walk you through those. We can't do endless mix-and-match configurations or back-to-back A/B testing on the spot. The sessions are focused on helping you hear the differences that matter, not on assembling every possible signal chain.
What should I bring?
Your phone with your favourite songs on it. That's it. If you use Spotify or Apple Music, have a playlist ready. Pick songs you know really well, because that's where the surprises hide.
What if I don't hear the difference?
Happens sometimes. Not everyone hears it on the first track. The Gurus are good at finding the right song and the right headphone to make it click. But if it genuinely doesn't land, we'll be the first to tell you to save your money.
How long does a session last?
About 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how deep you want to go. Some people lose track of time entirely. We won't rush you.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. Some of the best sessions happen when two friends come together and keep pointing things out to each other. Fair warning: you'll both want to buy something by the end.
Is there parking?
Street parking on New Link Road, and a few paid lots nearby. If you're coming by auto or cab, tell them Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri West. The studio is on the 6th floor of Laxmi Plaza.
Do you have coffee?
We make a good cup. Tea too. We're not a cafe, but there's usually something brewing and you're welcome to it.

Monday to Friday: 5 PM to 7 PM
Saturday: 11 AM to 2 PM
Audio tours are by appointment. Book a slot and we'll have everything set up for you when you arrive.
