As part of the Customer Experience - Warranty & Service team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that after-sales experiences are as exceptional as the products we sell.
You’ll manage warranty claims, service requests, and repair processes — helping customers navigate issues with clarity and care. You’ll be the bridge between our customers, our brand partners, and service centres.

As a Customer Operations Executive at Headphone Zone, you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure that every post-purchase experience is seamless and delightful.
You’ll support our Customer Happiness Officers by managing delivery issues, coordinating returns and warranties, and keeping our logistics and service processes running smoothly — so that every customer interaction reflects the care and quality we stand for.

- Work closely with Customer Happiness Officers to track and resolve delivery issues — escalations, RTOs, and re-attempts
- Coordinate pickups for warranty and return cases — prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records
- Update and share the Pending On Inspection (POI) list daily with the warehouse team to ensure timely processing
- Track and manage all returns and units for inspection received at our Mumbai location
- Liaise with Warehouse and Logistics partners to ensure smooth flow of post-sale operations
- Help maintain a seamless, transparent process for returns, warranties, and after-sale support — so customers enjoy a hassle-free experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or logistics coordination
- Experience in customer interaction — ability to build relationships, understand needs, and provide clear direction

As a Headphone Guru, you are the heart of the Headphone Zone experience. You help people start their audiophile journey — by guiding them to the gear that lets them hear it as the artist intended. This is a highly interactive role. You’ll speak to customers across India — online, over the phone, in person at our Experience Studio in Mumbai, and at Headphone Connect, India’s largest audiophile community event. As a Video Editor (Marketing & Social Content) at Headphone Zone, you’ll be part of our Content Team — transforming raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that inform, inspire, and entertain.
You’ll edit content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social stories, and work with the Marketing team to create video ads and visual assets that reflect our brand.

About the Role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll work closely with the CEO to help manage day-to-day priorities, projects, and communications.
You’ll handle scheduling, information flow, follow-ups, and special projects — acting as a trusted partner and ensuring that the CEO’s time is focused on what matters most. You’ll also help coordinate across teams — making sure ideas turn into action.

What You’ll Do
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Headphone Zone, you’ll be the CEO’s trusted partner — keeping him organised, informed, and focused on high-impact priorities. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping the business move faster and smarter, while embodying our culture of service, excellence, and passion for music.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Communication Management: Own and manage the CEO’s communication channels — emails, calls, messages — ensuring timely responses, clear priorities, and seamless information flow.
- Calendar & Scheduling: Take full ownership of the CEO’s calendar — scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and events — to ensure optimal time management and alignment with business priorities.
- Follow-Up & Execution: Drive effective follow-up on action items, decisions, and key projects. You’ll ensure that tasks move forward and that nothing slips through the cracks.
- Delegation & Team Coordination: Assist the CEO in delegating tasks and coordinating with team members across departments. You’ll help keep the right people aligned and projects on track.
- Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to support the CEO’s strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Few years of experience in executive assistance, operations, or project coordination
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A mindset aligned with our values: doing the right way, not the easy way; always learning and improving; taking ownership and responsibility; understanding that growth lies in discomfort; serving with grace and respect
- Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Based in Mumbai — this is a full-time, in-office role at our HQ in Andheri West
